潤邦卡哥特科工業(yè)有限公司（RCI）由中國江蘇潤邦重工股份有限公司與芬蘭卡哥特科公司（Cargotec Corporation）共同出資組建而成，注冊(cè)資本6500萬歐元，總投資為1.82億歐元。公司主要從事大型港口裝卸系統(tǒng)和裝備、重型配裝備系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)和制造，產(chǎn)品包括岸邊集裝箱起重機(jī)、集裝箱輪胎式龍門起重機(jī)、集裝箱軌道式龍門起重機(jī)以及海洋工程專用起重機(jī)等，并從事企業(yè)同類產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)。RCI位于國家級(jí)太倉港經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，占地面積約450畝，地處中國沿海開放帶和長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的交匯處。

Rainbow-Cargotec Industries Co Ltd (RCI) is a joint venture of Cargotec and Jiangsu Rainbow Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (RHI) in China. The registered capital is EUR 65 million and the total investment is EUR 182 million. RCI provides leading heavy crane solutions globally. It is mainly engaged in designing, manufacturing of loading and unloading system of large port and equipment. The company specializes in ship-to-shore cranes, rubber-tyred gantry cranes, rail mounted gantry cranes and marine specialty cranes.RCI is also engaged in related products import and export. The facility is located in the state-level economic and Technological Development Zone of Taicang port, strategically located on China's coastline and at the centre of the Yangtze River delta. The facility covers an area of approximately 75 acres.
