Be responsible for providing technical support and customer solutions for the organization’s products and/or services via telephone or through written or Internet-based applications 通過(guò)電話、書(shū)面或網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道為組織的產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)提供技術(shù)支持與客戶解決方案 ? Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both current and prospective customers throughout the sales cycle 負(fù)責(zé)在整個(gè)銷售周期內(nèi)與現(xiàn)有及潛在客戶建立并維護(hù)關(guān)系 ? Provides pre and post-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex scientific and technological products/applications/solutions 為產(chǎn)品、應(yīng)用或解決方案的開(kāi)發(fā)與實(shí)施,提供售前及售后的技術(shù)支持。 ? Must be able to identify all technical issues with associated customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process 需能識(shí)別關(guān)聯(lián)客戶賬戶的所有技術(shù)問(wèn)題,并確保銷售流程各階段的客戶滿意度 ? Bachelor of Science technical degree, Background in optics, physics, photonics, lasers, or precision instrumentation 科學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位(技術(shù)類),具備光學(xué)、物理學(xué)、光子學(xué)、激光或精密儀器相關(guān)背景 ? 2+ years of job-related work experience required 需具備2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) ? Good communication, sales mindset or technical support–to–sales transition is a plus 具備良好溝通能力,銷售思維或技術(shù)支持轉(zhuǎn)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者加分
