5. Empower and develop team capabilities; supervise performance and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation to achieve shared objectives.
6. Maintain full accountability for team safety and health; proactively audit systems, identify hazards, and escalate issues to ensure compliance with safety KPIs.
7. Strengthen the company’s global readiness by providing professional supply chain support for international expansion (“going global”) and embedding sustainable (“green”) practices across operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in designing and executing long-term supply chain strategies that address capacity planning, network design, and production location decisions aligned with business goals.
3. Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain concepts—covering upstream/downstream management, demand-supply collaboration, inventory optimization, transport logistics, and flow design.
4. Strong digital acumen: proficient in SAP/ERP systems and skilled in using digital tools (e.g., Tableau, VBA, Python) to solve complex operational challenges and drive process automation.
5. Business-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to lead change, innovate, and align supply chain capabilities with front- and mid-office needs for holistic value creation.
6. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); capable of operating effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
