Main missions and job responsibilities:
- Protect, Maintain & develop ABB Install base and build good relationships with customers (i.e. solid CRM, Account Management locally) in responsible area. Keep continuous Order growth and margin improvement basing on IB management, customer relationship and service & digital solutions
- In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager, implements service sales strategy/business initiatives and makes in-time feedback in related systems/tools. Contributes to risk assessments related to price and quality. Registers required information into the appropriate customer database. Ensures technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer’s needs. Complies with health and safety directives.
- Acts as a marketer/promote of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (e.g. trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings & workshops). Translates the needs of customers into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions, aiming for new customers & needs mining.
Requirements:
- Education, bachelor’s degree in science and technology, preferably with OGC,
Power, pharmacy industry background.
- Experience, >3 years Automation (DCS/SIS/PLC controlling area is preferred) or Digital business sales experience in industry. Further it will be better if Service experiences and relevant market resources in hand. Know automation, electric technology well, preferable with control systems, or electric products knowhow like converter, motor or Switchgear. Accept continues travels, urgent responses and multitasking challenges. Aggressive, creative, willing to learn; collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

- 保護、維護及挖掘所負責區(qū)域的IB(主要ABB的Installed Base,兼顧第三方系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備)。管理及維護好所負責區(qū)域的客戶關(guān)系(與重點客戶中高層保持緊密互動,做好服務支持)?;贗B、客戶關(guān)系和服務方案,保障該地區(qū)服務訂單的可持續(xù)、高利潤的增長
- 具體服務營銷增長計劃的制定與實施,并把行動過程及結(jié)果有效總結(jié)到各系統(tǒng)中。服務訂單增長同時,做好“安全管理、現(xiàn)場項目實施、商務管控”等前后端資源協(xié)作力所能及狀況下,推動“技術(shù)方案試點落實、商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新、新領(lǐng)域新客戶開拓”等
- 完成公司布置安排的其他工作任務
人員要求:
- 工科專業(yè),本科以上學歷,有石化、發(fā)電、制藥領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先
- 有三年以上工業(yè)領(lǐng)域控制系統(tǒng)、電氣或數(shù)字化銷售經(jīng)驗(如DCS/SIS/PLC/Drives等范疇),此外,若有服務營銷及生命周期管理和一些成熟的相關(guān)客戶資源則更佳。熟悉自動化和電氣等技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品知識,最好有自控系統(tǒng)或傳動、電機、開關(guān)柜等素養(yǎng)
- 能夠長期在當?shù)毓ぷ髋c生活,并適應頻繁出差和不定時緊急加班及多任務等狀態(tài),有敏銳的市場感知、分析和滲透能力,能從客戶需求等方面發(fā)掘潛在商機及創(chuàng)新,性格開朗樂觀,主觀能動性強,有創(chuàng)造力,樂于學習和接受新知識、新事物;溝通親和力強,適應團隊及資源協(xié)作,面對挑戰(zhàn)有較大的抗壓力
