Reporting to:
Quality Control Manager
Main Accountabilities：
  • Plan the quality control of Electrical and electronic component in supplier site and internal process, including reliability tests.
  • Failure analysis of electrical and electronic components for product, process and incoming inspection, and push suppliers improvement.
  • Assist in the failure analysis of electrical and electronic components for customer complaints, and promote the improvement of the entire manufacturing chain and design optimization.
  • Statistics and analysis of quality information on incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and customer complaints of electrical and electronic components, and application of quality methodologies to promote improvements by all parties.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Power electronics, Automation, Mechatronics etc.
  • At least 3 years related experience in Power electronics industry.
  • Proficient in power electronics theory and related power electronics topology. Can be able to understand circuit schematic diagrams and layout diagrams, EMC experience is preferred.
  • Experience in project management of electronic product development is preferred.
  • Strong practical ability and clear logical thinking. Proficient in using electronic analysis equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and programmable power supplies.
  • Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit
  • Good English reading and writing, can communicate with foreigners in oral English.
主要職責(zé)：
  • 策劃電氣電子零件在供應(yīng)商端和內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量控制，包括可靠性試驗(yàn)；
  • 產(chǎn)品、過(guò)程和進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)電氣電子零件失效分析，推動(dòng)供應(yīng)商改善；
  • 協(xié)助進(jìn)行客訴電氣電子元件失效分析，推動(dòng)整個(gè)制造鏈改善及設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化；
  • 電氣電子零件進(jìn)料/制程/客訴質(zhì)量信息統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析，運(yùn)用質(zhì)量方法論推動(dòng)各方改善。
知識(shí)，技能，經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
  • 本科及以上學(xué)歷，電力電子，自動(dòng)化，機(jī)電一體化等專業(yè)；
  • 3年以上電力電子（制造）行業(yè)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
  • 精通電力電子理論及相關(guān)電力電子拓?fù)?，能看懂電路原理圖與layout圖，有EMC相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
  • 有電子類產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理或產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
  • 實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)，邏輯思維清晰，熟練使用如萬(wàn)用表，示波器，可編程電源等電子分析設(shè)備；
  • 具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)合作意識(shí)；
  • 英語(yǔ)讀寫良好，能與外國(guó)人進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)溝通。
