Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
- Develop inspection checklists based on project technical documentation of project.
- Prepare SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in accordance with product technical requirements.
- Conduct final inspections for product.
- Support customers in completing factory acceptance testing (FAT).
- Familiarity with national standards and IEC standards related to medium-voltage switchgear or relay.
- Skilled in testing methods and technologies for medium-voltage switchgear or relay protection, with hands-on experience in operating relevant test equipment.
- Familiarity with Lean or L6S methodologies is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in oral English.
- Good communication, execution and teamwork skills. Strong quality awareness with continuous improvement mindset and ability to work under pressur北京中壓工廠
最終檢驗(yàn)測(cè)試工程師 - 崗位職責(zé)：
1、根據(jù)公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗(yàn)程序和項(xiàng)目技術(shù)文件，對(duì)成品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)和測(cè)試工作，形成測(cè)試報(bào)告和相關(guān)質(zhì)量記錄。
2、對(duì)于存在質(zhì)量不合格的產(chǎn)品，準(zhǔn)確、有效的反饋信息，并跟進(jìn)不合格品的處理過程；對(duì)完成處理的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行重新檢驗(yàn)，直至其符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4、及時(shí)填寫質(zhì)量記錄并形成報(bào)表，確保信息的完整和準(zhǔn)確。
5、發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品、檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)、安全等方面的改進(jìn)機(jī)會(huì)。
6、按照生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃安排，按時(shí)完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，配合客戶完成工廠驗(yàn)收工作。
7、服從班組管理安排，參與安全檢查、審核、設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作。
崗位要求：
1、大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，3年左右相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、熟悉中壓開關(guān)柜或繼電保護(hù)相關(guān)國標(biāo)和IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3、掌握中壓開關(guān)柜或繼電保護(hù)相關(guān)測(cè)試方法和技術(shù)，熟悉相關(guān)測(cè)試設(shè)備的操作。
4、熟悉精益或L6S者優(yōu)先。
5、熟悉Office辦公軟件。
6、英語口語流利。
7、良好的溝通和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力，良好的執(zhí)行力，需要有持續(xù)改進(jìn)的質(zhì)量意識(shí)和一定的抗壓能力。
