Overall Role Purpose 職位宗旨 Utilizing digital approach and 360 strategy to enhance DHL brand and image, develop, organise and implement integrated sponsorship activation plan, promotional campaigns, customer events according to marketing objective and plans. 為了進一步提升DHL的品牌和形象,根據(jù)市場營銷戰(zhàn)略與計劃,運用360度和數(shù)字化營銷策略,制定、組織并實施整合的贊助激活項目、促銷活動和客戶活動。 Accountabilities 關(guān)鍵職責(zé) ● Utilize global & local sponsorships to promote DHL brand and further strengthen DHL brand image among customers. ● 借助DHL全球和中國的贊助活動,宣傳推廣DHL品牌,在客戶心目中強化品牌形象和美譽度。 ● Build & maintain customer loyalty through designed holistic marketing campaign through digital ways. ● 利用一系列數(shù)字化方式,通過建立有體系的,整合的營銷策略來進一步建立和維護客戶忠誠度。 ● Analysis and deep understand the target audience profile and know how to engage with next generation to penetrate DHL brand values. ● 分析和深度了解目標(biāo)客戶受眾,理解客戶畫像,積累客戶數(shù)據(jù)和標(biāo)簽。并深諳如何與Z世代的潛在客戶群進行品牌溝通和價值傳遞。 ● Develop marketing guideline for areas to activate their Sponsorship activities. Give daily consulting support to Area teams. ● 制定并指導(dǎo)區(qū)域做好全球贊助項目的本地化執(zhí)行。提供面向分區(qū)的日常問詢和協(xié)助。 ● Manage and coach agencies to deliver qualified campaign end to end. ● 管理并指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商提供高質(zhì)量的端到端的服務(wù)。 ● Liase with global & regional marketing team to obtain relevant branding & sponsorship guidelines. ● 與集團品牌團隊合作,了解有關(guān)品牌和贊助的指導(dǎo)原則。 Skills / Qualifications 技能要求與任職資格 ● Degree in Marketing/Communications (or related discipline). ● 營銷/大眾傳媒本科學(xué)位(或相關(guān)專業(yè))。 ● Minimum 5 years working experience in sports marketing / sponsorship related ideally with a strategic planning background. Must have been deeply involved in strategic development of communication campaigns. ● 5 年以上相關(guān)體育營銷或贊助的工作經(jīng)驗,有策略制定的工作背景優(yōu)先。具備戰(zhàn)略計劃,項目規(guī)劃的能力。 ● Must also have experience managing sponsorship activation including promotion, event and digital marketing. ● 在贊助激活方案的管理和執(zhí)行方面經(jīng)驗豐富,包括促銷,活動, 數(shù)字營銷等。 ● Have good planning ability, communication and coordination ability, excellent execution ability, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. ● 具有良好的策劃能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、出色的執(zhí)行能力、很強的責(zé)任心,具有團隊合作精神。 ● Proven working experience in branding and sponsorship marketing. ● 具有被證實的品牌和品牌贊助營銷的經(jīng)驗和成功案列。 ● Creative, literate, and capable of visually presenting aesthetics. ● 有創(chuàng)意、有文字功底、有視覺呈現(xiàn)審美能力。 ● Good communication skill both English and Chinese. ● 良好的中英文溝通能力。
