Overall Role Purpose 職位宗旨 To develop, implement, track and optimize digital
marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The talent should have a
strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead
integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Accountabilities 關(guān)鍵職責(zé) Plan and execute all digital marketing, including
SEO/SEM, display advertising, display remarketing and paid media to increase
top of funnel lead creation計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行數(shù)字化營銷項(xiàng)目,包括但不限于SEO/SEM,
數(shù)字化廣告,付費(fèi)媒體投放及監(jiān)測(cè)從而為更多的客戶和潛在客戶傳遞DHL的品牌價(jià)值和服務(wù)價(jià)值,獲取更多的銷售線索及流量
Lead and development of social media strategies and plans, execute at
corporate level and cascade the structure for branch offices adaption and
deployment制定豐富的,有吸引力的且與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的社交媒體方案,從而加深與客戶之前的互動(dòng)和溝通,增強(qiáng)客戶粘性,并有效推廣至分區(qū)采用
Rich experience on both hands on and strategic thinking to establish owned
social platform, as well daily operation to drive followers & fans through
high-quality contents, attractive campaigns and optimized data.

Working closely with sales process tools and program team to build up the

Support cross function team to polish and publish relevant news, policies,
compliances and service values to target audience over digital channel

Provide advice, support and cooperation to Clusters’ marketing activities.

Skills / Qualifications技能要求與任職資格 BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
市場(chǎng)營銷或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士/碩士學(xué)位
5+ years digital marketing working experience in the head company as digital
marketing/social marketing is required, internet/4A working experience as
additional is preferred5年以上的,在頭部公司的數(shù)字化營銷經(jīng)驗(yàn)?;ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)/4A公司的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
Familiar with social media marketing, understand the love of internet and
mobile internet, and have a certain understanding of brand positioning and

Proactive, persuasive and aggressive 主動(dòng), 積極, 具有說服力
