CONTEXT OF THE POSITION
This position aims to support the daily activities of the Quality Organizations in FAL-Asia & Airbus China and its sub-teams. This includes to lead quality project management activities, the department cost control, IT/IS focal point for the entire Q department and to assist on all other quality matters in FAL-Asia & Airbus China.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Supervise department Opex/Capex reports and manage various costs, including travel,
team-building, and stationery expenses, She also approves Purchase Orders (PO),
Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Change Requests (CR) in SAP on behalf of the Head of
Quality (HoQ).
2.Manage the HoQ’s activities, schedules, and calendars, and handle meeting agendas,
minutes, and action tracking.
3.Manage Concur reimbursement, iPeople, and Fesco approval processes for the entire
quality organization in Airbus China.
4.Support document preparation, including memos, letters, reports, and VIP visit agendas.
5. Manage and follow up on quality training for all employees.
6. Act as the IT Focal Point for managing IT equipment for new hires and replacements, verifying SAP application access, and serving as the Quality Focal Point for Data Tagging.
7. Track monthly absenteeism and headcount evolution, and prepare reports for QSA.
8. Oversee the establishment of the Safety Promotion Centre (SPC) and coordinate follow-up visits.
9. Support quality-related projects and initiatives.
10. Effectively communicate management decisions to sub-managers and monitor the timely execution of assigned tasks.
11. Annually organize quality workshops and the Airbus Quality Day.
12. Handle ad hoc assignments and urgent requests from the HoQ.
13. Promote a quality and safety culture across the organization.
QUALIFICATIN

1. EDUCATION:with Bachelor or above degree,in Business Administraion,Management major.
   
2. EXPERIENCE: 5+ year of experience in senior administrative and executive support within a quality management domain.Preferably within a multinational corporation or a manufacturing/aerospace environment.
   

REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Aircraft and Quality System understanding is preferable
   
2. Good at Google Suite knowledge
   
3. Proficient in SAP MM modules for PR,GR
   
4. Fulent English both in written and oral speaking
