o Perform related duties as assigned, within the scope of practice.
PERMANENT ACTIVITIES
Drive the Suppliers quality in project:
o Lead the activities defined for suppliers in consistency with the IPQ process, to support Purchasing and SQE team until the PSW approval,
o Collect during the Suppliers Design Reviews, the suppliers’ feedback and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practice,
o As a risk chaser, Detect risks and Prevent problems from Cradle to Grave,
o Support product & test and package engineers for the production transfer and follow the start of new production lines (safe launch plan, monitoring quality performances),
o React when a risk is identified, Escalate roadblocks to the management,
o Report the Suppliers quality status according to the indicators defined by the project quality management.
Deploy the ICS Quality expertise during the product Mass Production phase:
o Interface with OSAT, foundries and direct material suppliers to resolve manufacturing non-conformities, drive root cause identification activities to improve product quality through data analysis, corrective action, and preventive measures,
o Monitor production and evaluate metrics such as incoming quality data and assembly line first pass yield data to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to completion,
o Support the activities associated with assembly line changes and qualifications,
o Support the activities associated with new or changed part qualifications and the associated updating of the quality ontrol requirements,
o Perform regular process audits at the suppliers to ensure product quality, identify areas of improvement and drive them to completion to ensure that consistent high-quality product is delivered,
o Provide support in case of customer return,
