Project Coordinator responsible for supporting GS PMO in the overall coordination, follow-up, and smooth delivery of security projects across APAC regions.
Responsibilities:
1) Be capable of managing small-scale security projects independently and ensuring timely delivery as required in accordance with Apple GS guidelines, including but not limited to spots & dots development, implementation, system debugging, and issue resolution.
2) Have a clear understanding of GS requirements, provide support to the PMO in daily security project management and coordination.
3) Coordinate project handover, documentation, and final delivery to meet GS requirements.
4) Conduct effective internal and external communications with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work closely with cross-function teams to achieve project goals.
5) Monitor project progress, update project status to PMO, and escalate risks or delays in a timely manner.
6) Assist in managing equipment inventory and updating documents.
7) Perform other project coordination duties assigned by the PMO.
8) Strong team player with collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications:
? At least 3 years of experience managing system projects or similar technical systems.
? Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with native English speakers.
? Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
? Ability to manage complex projects with precision and deliver results in dynamic environments.
? Skilled in balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
