The PTP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the PTP process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This includes managing the month-end closing, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and guiding a team of accountants to achieve operational excellence.

Lead and manage PTP operations including month-end close
Ensure adherence to SOX compliance and internal controls
Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Drive customer satisfaction, support global initiated activities
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes
Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and responses

We are looking for someone with
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in PTP processes with a focus on month-end closing.
Proficient in ERP systems or HFM/One Stream reporting
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats for Japanese and English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines effectively.
