職位描述

DCC
1. Assistant supervisor to deliver C3 project DCC document management system
2. Assistant supervisor to monitor C3 project document management to meet CSPC Document Control Process till archive acceptance inspection
3. Receipt of database from design institute, licensor, vendor and issue documentation to relevant engineers for review.
4. Check database for accuracy, process onto the Project Management System (Documentum)
5. Issue Copies for construction timely
6. As focal point to maintain DSP (document sharing platform) usage, such as authorization, create new account, training for trainer.
7. File and archive where necessary (both electronic copies and hard copies)
8. Archive all historical information in system or archive boxes, sequentially number and logged onto a register. This will ensure traceability of historical information
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
任職資格：
1. Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or Library or related major is preferred
2. Have experience in document management related fields is preferred
3. Familiar with relevant national standards and CSPC Document Control Process standards is preferred

CPIL is owned by China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC)(90%) and Guangdong Guangye Investment Group Company Limited(10%).The CSPC petrochemicals complex incorporates the world’s most advanced technologies and utilizes modern management systems and international standards in the design, construction and operation of the complex. Its adoption of 13 patents through international bidding ensures it operates on the cutting edge of technology. The majority of its process units are world-scale. Additionally CSPC applies the principles of sustainable development throughout the design, construction and operation of the complex, demonstrating its strong commitment to the community and the environment.
