崗位職責:
1、Visit and seek potential modernization clients, visit architects, construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities.
拜訪和尋找潛在的改造客戶，拜訪改造需求客戶，以尋求和積極地尋找新的改造機會；
2、Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the KG Modernizations targets and Schindler internal procedures.
按照迅達中國的目標和內(nèi)部流程，執(zhí)行報價、談判、訂單、改造銷售合同的關(guān)閉，并監(jiān)督合同的合規(guī)性；
3、For clients in the current portfolio, Sales Modernizations will communicate, assist, coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader.
針對現(xiàn)有客戶，改造銷售需與相關(guān)負責人做好溝通、支持、協(xié)調(diào)和維護工作；
4、Support and coordinate with the Technical Specialist and the Key Account Manager any issue related to major modernizations.
針對重要改造項目的問題，積極支持并配合技術(shù)人員和重要客戶經(jīng)理的工作；
5、Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center when required, and with the KG Field Operations, through the Branch Manager.
針對大型或復雜的改造項目，與分公司總經(jīng)理一起協(xié)調(diào)改造和設計相關(guān)事宜。
崗位要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
本科學歷或以上，機械、電氣或工業(yè)工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2、Desired experience in sales roles in similar industries for at least two years.
至少有兩年在相關(guān)行業(yè)的銷售工作經(jīng)驗。
3、Be familiar with PC skills;
熟練的電腦操作技能；
4、Be careful, responsible and team work;
認真,仔細,有責任心,團隊意識；
5、Good communication and coordination ability;
具備良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
6、Be familiar with E&E trade and have knowledge in E&E;
熟悉電梯行業(yè)，對電梯知識有一定的了解；
7、Be mature and work carefully;
成熟穩(wěn)重，工作認真細心；
8、Good learning ability and positive;
良好的學習能力以及開拓進取的精神。
