Principal Specialist, Business Development / 商務(wù)拓展主任專家
I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting Area Manager in developing business in Shandong province and implementing strategies of North Hub Greater China and business lines. He or she independently develops key accounts and explores new areas and services.

II. Job Responsibilities
? Collect and analyze market/industry, competitor and customer information (10%)
? Support business to achieve the financial targets defined in the company planning (15%)
? Develop key accounts and explore new areas and services (20%)
? Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts, and act as the interface between the customer and all relevant business units (15%)
? Establish and maintain good relationships with government, association and cooperative partners (10%)
? Help to handle / solve the complaints from clients or other interested parties (5%)
? To attend and participate in some government meetings on behalf of area manager (5%)
? Support BU or BL to plan the marketing activities, such as seminar, customer visit, etc. (10%)
? Protect TüV SüD image, reputation and business interests in Shandong province (5%)
? Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager (5%)

III. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, and engineering background is preferred;
2. At least 5 years experience in business development
3. Strong business development capability
4. Very good organization and coordination skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build internal/external partnership at different levels and demonstrate corporate professionalism
6. Good at presentation and public speech
7. Aggressive and self-motivated
8. Energetic and passionate
9. Good command of English
10. Proficient in MS Office
