風(fēng)控管理財(cái)務(wù)/審計(jì)/稅務(wù)
Tax Manager:?
1. ?Tax Strategy and Planning:? Develop company tax strategies, conduct tax planning, and reduce tax burdens.
2. ?Compliance and Risk Management:? Ensure tax compliance, identify risks, and respond to tax inspections.
3. ?Filing and Accounting:? Organize tax filings, tax payments, and accounting processing; cooperate with internal and external audits.
4. ?Policy Research and Response:? Track and interpret tax laws, assess impacts, and formulate responses.
5. ?Cross-departmental Collaboration:? Collaborate with finance, business, legal, and other departments to embed tax requirements.
6. ?Communication with Tax Authorities and Other External Departments:? Maintain good communication with tax authorities, economic and information technology bureaus, statistics bureaus, etc.
?Factory Finance Business Partner:?
1. ?Cost Accounting and Supervision:? Accurately calculate product costs and supervise cost expenditures to ensure data authenticity and compliance.
2. ?Cost Control and Analysis:? Establish cost standards, analyze differences between actual and standard costs, and propose suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
3. ?Cost Planning and Decision Support:? Participate in cost planning and provide data support for pricing, budgeting, etc.
?Job Requirements:?
1. ?Educational Background:? Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, tax, or related fields.
2. ?Work Experience:? More than 5 years of experience in tax or finance; experience in a tax firm or enterprise is preferred.
3. ?Professional Knowledge and Skills:? Familiar with accounting standards and tax filing procedures; proficient in using SAP software. Strong learning ability and proactive work attitude.
4. ?Language Requirement:? English can be used as a working language.
5. ?Abilities and Qualities:? Good communication and coordination skills, analytical and judgment abilities, sense of responsibility, and professional ethics.
稅務(wù)經(jīng)理:
1. ?稅務(wù)策略與籌劃?:制定公司稅務(wù)策略,開(kāi)展稅收籌劃,降低稅負(fù)。
2. ?合規(guī)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理?:確保稅務(wù)合規(guī),識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn),應(yīng)對(duì)稅務(wù)檢查。
3. 申報(bào)與核算?:組織稅務(wù)申報(bào)、稅款繳納及賬務(wù)處理,配合內(nèi)外部審計(jì)。
4. ?政策研究與應(yīng)對(duì)?:跟蹤解讀稅法,評(píng)估影響并制定應(yīng)對(duì)。
5. ?跨部門協(xié)作?:與財(cái)務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)、法務(wù)等部門協(xié)作,嵌入稅務(wù)要求。
6. ?稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)和外部其他部門的溝通 包括與稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān),經(jīng)信局和統(tǒng)計(jì)局等保持良好溝通。
工廠財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)伙伴:
1. 成本核算與監(jiān)督:準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算產(chǎn)品成本,監(jiān)督成本支出,確保數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)、合規(guī)。
2. 成本控制與分析:制定成本標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析實(shí)際與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的差異,提出降本增效建議。
3. 成本計(jì)劃與決策支持:參與編制成本計(jì)劃,為定價(jià)、預(yù)算等提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
任職要求
1. ?教育背景?:財(cái)務(wù)、會(huì)計(jì)、稅務(wù)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2. ?工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)?:5年以上稅務(wù)或財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有稅務(wù)師事務(wù)所或企業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. ?專業(yè)知識(shí)與技能?:熟悉會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,熟悉納稅申報(bào)流程,熟練使用SAP軟件。學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),工作主動(dòng)
4. 語(yǔ)言要求:英語(yǔ)可以作為工作語(yǔ)言
