客戶支持銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析內(nèi)勤管理貨運/物流/倉儲商業(yè)代理服務(wù)貿(mào)易/進出口
Job Description 崗位職責(zé):
1.
Assist outdoor sales in their
day-to-day job activities
協(xié)助銷售人員處理日常工作事務(wù)
2.
Familiar with ocean freight,
air freight, rail transport, and China-Europe trucking operations, negotiate
and review costs with network/ agent, local operation staff, and local
suppliers (e.g.: carrier, co-loaders)
熟悉海運、空運、鐵路運輸及中歐卡航流程,與網(wǎng)絡(luò)代理、當(dāng)?shù)夭僮魅藛T及本地供應(yīng)商(如船司,拼箱公司)進行成本談判與審核
3.
Prepare quotations, follow up
with clients, adjust if needed; create SOP and hand over to operation team
準備報價單,跟進客戶反饋并根據(jù)需要進行調(diào)整;制定SOP并交接至操作團隊
4.
Communicate with clients:
quotation follow-up, shipment follow-up; ultimately responsible for building a
solid relationship and intimacy with clients through daily communication
與客戶溝通:報價跟進、貨物運輸進度跟進;通過日常溝通建立穩(wěn)固的客戶關(guān)系
5.
Assist sales in developing
business from existing clients: identify new routes, submit quotations, prepare
sales leads, contract and other documents
協(xié)助銷售人員從現(xiàn)有客戶中開發(fā)新業(yè)務(wù):識別新航線、提交報價、發(fā)展?jié)撛跇I(yè)務(wù)、準備合同等文件
6.
Assist sales in organizing and
securing appointments; Collecting market information and internal/ external
sales leads
協(xié)助銷售安排并確保客戶拜訪計劃的落實;收集市場信息及內(nèi)外部銷售機會
7.
Assist sales in preparing sales
reports
協(xié)助銷售準備銷售報告
8.
Assist sales in making phone
calls to identify prospects and act as inside sales to grow and develop
existing customers
協(xié)助銷售通過電話識別潛在客戶,并作為內(nèi)部銷售角色發(fā)展現(xiàn)有客戶
9.
Assist in maintaining and
expanding company's advantageous products, advantageous routes and tariff
integration and management
協(xié)助維護和拓展公司優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)品,優(yōu)勢航線以及運價整合和管理
10.
Assist operation and sales team
in handling and resolving abnormal cargo issues promptly
協(xié)助操作團隊和銷售團隊及時處理和解決客戶異常貨物問題
11.
Complete tasks assigned by the
leader or manager
完成上級安排的其他工作
Personal Capabilities & Educational
Requirements崗位要求:
1.
Over 2 years of relevant
experience as a sales support professional in carriers or freight forwarders
will be preferred, with solid knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, rail
transport, and China-Europe trucking operations will be preferred
優(yōu)先考慮具備2年以上在船公司或貨代行業(yè)擔(dān)任銷售助理的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉海運、空運、鐵路運輸及中歐卡航流程者
2.
Logistics management
International Trade, Business English, or a related college degree or above
物流管理、國際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)英語或相關(guān)專業(yè),大專及以上學(xué)歷
3.
CET-4 or above, with good
written and oral English communication skills
CET-4或以上,具備良好的書面和口頭英語交流能力
4.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
熟練掌握OFFICE辦公軟件
5.
Strong communication and
presentation skills; Customer-oriented mindset
良好的溝通與表達能力,注重客戶服務(wù),具備客戶導(dǎo)向意識
6.
Good interpersonal skills, able
to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
良好的人際交往能力,能與內(nèi)外部人員有效溝通
7.
Ability to work independently
with patience and initiatives; willing to work under pressure
