職位說明：Job Description:
1、根據(jù)法律規(guī)定和公司制度要求保證日常經(jīng)營活動安全有序運行。Ensure the business operation safety to meet the requirements of the company and regulations.
保證各分子公司/業(yè)務(wù)板塊經(jīng)營活動合法合規(guī)，并符合集團、公司的要求。
Ensure the activities within branches/segments be compliance with the Group, the company and legal requirements.
2. 制定清晰的公司經(jīng)營策略。Define a clear strategy.
根據(jù)琦威中國集團的戰(zhàn)略制定本公司的經(jīng)營策略并帶領(lǐng)團隊執(zhí)行；對公司經(jīng)營結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。
Based on the Kiwa China Group strategies, formulate the business strategy for BCC; and lead team to execute. Be responsible for business result.
執(zhí)行董事會決議、決定，在公司授予的決策權(quán)限內(nèi)制定相應(yīng)行動計劃；
Implement board resolution, decision, make action plans within decision authority limit of the company.
3. 完成公司年度預(yù)算計劃。Responsible to fulfill the Yearly Plan of BCC.
完成年度KPI；Fulfil the yearly KPI;
負(fù)責(zé)實施各項市場/銷售項目的落地執(zhí)行，確保公司財務(wù)營收目標(biāo)的達(dá)成；
Be responsible for the profit and loss of BCC;
對市場及銷售情況進行關(guān)注、分析，包括競爭對手情況、市場機會/趨勢、限制因素及其他因素；
Ensure appropriate and quick feedback and action on marketing and sales issues, including competitor information, market opportunities/trends and constraints, and other factors.
了解外部市場及技術(shù)等變化，識別機會點，持續(xù)改善商業(yè)經(jīng)營模式。
Know about the changes of external market and technology, identify potentials opportunities, and make sustainable improvement of business models.
4. 在日常經(jīng)營和服務(wù)中，維持和改善客戶服務(wù)水平，致力提升客戶滿意度。
While in daily operation & service, maintain and improve customer service level, endeavor to improve customer satisfaction level.
5 負(fù)責(zé)培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展公司的各類人才，持續(xù)提升組織有效性和人員效率。
Responsible for the effective people deployment and development.

Responsible for organization and personnel management, supervise performance target realization;
向下屬清晰準(zhǔn)確地傳達(dá)公司決策、經(jīng)營目標(biāo)和優(yōu)先事項等；
Communicate the strategy, business objectives, and priorities to subordinates in a clear and precise manner;
提倡開放，透明，坦誠溝通的企業(yè)文化，鼓勵團隊間交流，釋放團隊創(chuàng)新潛力；
Encourage the open, transparent culture within the team to share different ideas. Release the potentials of the team’s creation and innovation;

Provide fair and constructive feedback and coaching to team members, not only on tasks but also on career development;
提高團隊士氣，把人員流失率控制在合理范圍。為團隊制定繼任及應(yīng)急計劃；
Boost the team morale and control team’s attrition rate on a reasonable level. Develop the succession and contingency plan for the team;

6 合規(guī)管理。Responsible for Compliance management.
保證公司的經(jīng)營活動符合國家法律、行政法規(guī)，安全、合規(guī)經(jīng)營，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司政策和制度，特別是合規(guī)政策和制度；
Ensure business and operation be compliance with the laws and regulations, run the business safely and be compliance, strictly stick to the company’s policies and regulations, especially the compliance policies and regulations;
負(fù)責(zé)公司的合規(guī)管理，及時辨識并報告重大經(jīng)營風(fēng)險及其解決或改善計劃；
Responsible for the compliance management, timely identify and report the major business risk and the solution or improvement plan;
定期回顧公司的經(jīng)營及合規(guī)風(fēng)險，制定持續(xù)改善計劃。
Regular review the risk of business operation and compliance, make continuous improvement plan.
