Measure and inspect parts (e.g. function, dimension, surface properties, dimensional accuracy, chemical and physical composition, etc.); evaluate and document the results

Procure and look over inspection plans
采購和查看檢驗計劃

Plan and document test sequences; also initial or special parts
計劃和用文件說明測試序列;包括初始或特殊部分

Document and evaluate results, using statistical methods of quality assurance
用文件說明和評估結(jié)果,使用保證的質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計方法

Recognize and evaluate deviations; specify correction values/dimensional allowances as necessary
識別和評估偏差;必要時指定調(diào)整值/尺寸公差

Sort out and label, as well as pass on, defective parts/component groups (with description of defect(s))
整理和標(biāo)簽,以及傳遞,有缺陷的部件/組件組(有描述的缺陷)

Cooperate in quality questions (e.g. for approvals, releases for deviations, etc.)

Suggest design changes

Support the definition of part requirements (requirements management)
支持零件的定義需求(需求管理)

Support risk evaluation for design, product and process (FMEA)
