Responsibilities
1. As a full time Project Manager in the Biologics Discovery to support biologics research service
projects.
2.Provide project management support to all customer programs to ensure on-time and high quality delivery.
3.Collaborate with technical leaders and scientists within BCS to support project completion and financial closure
4.Communicate regularly (e.g. TC and email) with external and internal customers regarding project status
5.Timely communicate project risk and issue to key stakeholders
6.Use electronic PM system to monitor, track,report project status
7.Responsible for tracking PO, and follow through with invoicing and payment schedule.
8.Gather, organize and summarize financial information and report to the depart head

Qualifications
1.PhD or MS in Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific
fields, with 2-3 years of experience in project management in biologics R&D.
2.General knowledge of biologics research and development process flow
3. Adequate knowledge of various technologies and techniques used in the biologics area with respect to recombinant protein and Ab products (e.g. cloning, expression,
purification, analytical methods, etc.), Ab discovery (hybridoma, phage display)
4.Strong ownership, teamwork, collaboration and communication skills; ability in regular engagement with technical teams
5.Must possess scientific integrity and rigorousness;meticulous and attention to detail toward work and data analysis
6.Self-motivated and efficient time management;strong commitment to solve difficult issue and drive through resolution.
7.Highly professional in both written and verbal communication
8.Must be fluent in English and Chinese; ability to engage in routine conversation with native English speaker.
9.Experience with financial fundamentals is a plus.
