We are looking forward to a Credit and Collection Analyst in Eaton’s Corporate sector, based in Suzhou, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
· Streamline end-to-end credit and collection process for Eaton sites
· Make sure collection efficiency and drive past due metrics within Eaton sites
· Manage overall annual customer review process to improve credit level quality
· Work with credit firm to support team leader and operation controller for credit term and policy compliance
· Monitor forecast accuracy and summarize C&C report for monthly review meeting;
· Coordinate SOX and compliance on credit and collection function
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
· At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting /Credit/Collections / FP&A
· Good knowledge about Eaton business process
· Good accounting/credit analysis ability and good problem-solving skills
· Strong coordination and communication skills.
· Can work under pressure and accept 20% travel
