我們正在尋找一位結(jié)果導(dǎo)向的國際銷售經(jīng)理,負(fù)責(zé)帶領(lǐng)公司產(chǎn)品在指定海外區(qū)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)從0到1的市場拓展。您將主導(dǎo)新市場開發(fā)、經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)搭建及品牌影響力提升工作,以擴大市場份額并達(dá)成銷售及回款目標(biāo)。
We are seeking a results-driven International Sales Manager to lead the market expansion of our products in designated overseas regions—from 0 to 1. You will be responsible for developing new markets, building distributor networks, and enhancing brand presence to drive market share and achieve sales and collection targets.
核心職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities
1. 主導(dǎo)市場從0到1的全流程開發(fā)工作,包括客戶挖掘、經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)及本地化品牌推廣。
1. Lead end-to-end market development from scratch, including customer acquisition, distributor network establishment, and localized brand promotion.
2. 制定并執(zhí)行區(qū)域銷售策略與計劃,確保完成并超越年度銷售及回款目標(biāo)。
2. Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed annual sales and collection goals.
3. 統(tǒng)籌訂單全流程管理:負(fù)責(zé)商務(wù)談判、合同簽訂,協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)與物流環(huán)節(jié),確保貨物按時交付及款項及時回收。
3. Manage the entire order process: conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, coordinate production and logistics, and ensure timely delivery and payment collection.
4. 代表公司與海外客戶對接,提供產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)、商務(wù)溝通支持,維護高層客戶關(guān)系,同時處理客戶投訴及突發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)問題。
4. Represent the company in meetings with overseas clients, providing product training, business interpretation, and maintaining high-level customer relationships while addressing complaints and emergencies.
5. 參與國際展會,開展市場調(diào)研與客戶拜訪工作,收集競爭對手及市場動態(tài)信息,輸出深度分析報告以支撐戰(zhàn)略決策。
5. Participate in international trade shows, conduct market research and customer visits, gather competitor and market intelligence, and deliver in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making.
任職要求 / Qualifications
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 具備市場開發(fā)實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗,能夠獨立完成新客戶開發(fā)及經(jīng)銷商渠道從0到1的搭建工作。
2. Proven experience in market development, with the ability to independently build new client relationships and distributor channels from the ground up.
3. 擁有出色的商務(wù)談判能力及扎實的商業(yè)洞察力。
3. Strong business negotiation skills and solid business acumen.
4. 英語聽說讀寫流利,可作為商務(wù)談判及技術(shù)溝通的工作語言。
4. Fluent in English (spoken and written), capable of using it as a working language for business negotiations and technical communication.
5. 具備優(yōu)秀的跨文化溝通能力、適應(yīng)能力及抗壓能力,能夠接受頻繁國際差旅及長期海外派駐。
5. Excellent cross-cultural communication, adaptability, and resilience; comfortable with frequent international travel and extended overseas assignments.
6. 工作積極主動、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具備獨立解決問題的能力及良好的團隊協(xié)作意識。
