Accountabilities/崗位職責(zé): 1.To develop new business in assigned geographical area and/or market segment; 在揚(yáng)州及附近區(qū)域或細(xì)分市場開發(fā)新業(yè)務(wù); 2.To identify customers total supply chain need and work with other support team in coming up with proposal and quotation; 了解客戶的整體供應(yīng)鏈/物流需求,并與其他支持團(tuán)隊(duì)一起提出建議和報(bào)價(jià); 3.To offer price and conduct sales negotiation though analysis of business structure in terms of revenue and cost; 通過對業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)/類型的收入和成本分析,進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)和銷售談判; 4.To establish long-term strategic partnership with clients, account management, bid management and contract negotiation; 與客戶建立長期戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系,負(fù)責(zé)客戶管理、投標(biāo)管理和合同談判; 5.To work together with Customer Service, Operation and Project team to ensure service excellence; 與客戶服務(wù)、操作和項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量; 6.To share valuable market information within the team and the network for management strategic decision making; 緊跟市場,對市場有充分了解,并在團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)分享; 7.Achieving the sales target assigned by the company on monthly/yearly basis; 完成公司下達(dá)的月/年銷售指標(biāo); Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/Customer Service/Sales Marketing related preferred; Have good knowledge of supply chain, including shipping/ Air / transportation and other logistics functions. 本科學(xué)歷,物流管理/客戶服務(wù)/市場營銷相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 對海運(yùn)/ 空運(yùn)/陸運(yùn)等模塊有深刻的理解和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 2. Familiar with local business environment, especially well know the situation of Yangzhou/Taizhou/Zhenjiang, and international business development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and requirements; 熟悉當(dāng)?shù)厣虡I(yè)環(huán)境,尤其熟知揚(yáng)州/泰州/鎮(zhèn)江的情況,以及國際商業(yè)/物流發(fā)展趨勢,對行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢和要求有良好的感知; 3. Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic personality and capable to work in team 自我激勵(lì),積極主動的工作態(tài)度,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,樂觀的性格和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力 4. Good command of English, excellent presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills 良好的英語表達(dá)能力,良好的溝通和人際交往能力 5. Good PC skills, i.e. Word, Excel, PPT, etc. 良好的電腦操作能力,如Word, Excel, PPT等。
