招聘崗位：
- Web前端開發(fā)工程師（React / Next）

工作職責(zé)：
- 主要負(fù)責(zé)React項(xiàng)目開發(fā)；
- 參與 UI 設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化，對(duì)界面視覺、交互細(xì)節(jié)提出合理建議；
- 獨(dú)立完成前端項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)及后期維護(hù)；
- 參與前端工程化體系建設(shè)，提升研發(fā)質(zhì)量和效率；
- 對(duì)接后端提供的 API 并且能對(duì) API 設(shè)計(jì)提出意見，建議以及優(yōu)化；
- 優(yōu)化前端性能與用戶體驗(yàn)，保證多端一致性與加載速度；

崗位要求：
- 精通Web前端技術(shù)（HTML/CSS/JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3/ES6）和W3C規(guī)范，能夠解決各大主流瀏覽器的兼容性問(wèn)題；
- 擁有一年以上實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少2個(gè)以上React項(xiàng)目開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 有前端性能優(yōu)化，Seo優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 熟練 React, Hooks, TypeScript 以及相關(guān)技術(shù)棧；
- 熟練使用 Git 進(jìn)行版本控制；
- 具有良好的代碼風(fēng)格，組件設(shè)計(jì)能力；
- 具有豐富的 API 對(duì)接經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉與后端的協(xié)作模式；
- 具有英文文檔閱讀能力，例如MDN的文檔閱讀無(wú)障礙；
- 具有良好的獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題能力和溝通能力并推動(dòng)功能進(jìn)展；
- 具有一定的自我管理能力，能較獨(dú)立協(xié)調(diào)，保證項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量和效率

Job Requirements:
- Proficient in web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, ES6) and W3C standards, with the ability to resolve the compatibility issues of major browsers;
- Over one year of work experience, with at least two React project development experiences;
- Experienced in front-end performance optimization and SEO optimization practices;
- Skilled in React, Hooks, TypeScript, and related technology stacks;
- Proficient in using Git for version control;
- Strong coding standards and component design skills;
- Extensive experience in API integration, with a solid understanding of backend collaboration models;
- Able to read and understand English documentation, for example, read MDN docs without difficulty;
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, driving functional progress;
- Capable of self-management, with the ability to independently coordinate and ensure the quality and efficiency of projects.
