『Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)』:
1. Oversee end-to-end procurement and project management for Accessories NPD — aligning with the marketing-defined concept, and executing supplier scouting, sampling, tooling (if needed) and product commercialization. 全面負(fù)責(zé)配飾新品開發(fā)的采購與項(xiàng)目全流程管理,對(duì)接市場(chǎng)需求,完成供應(yīng)商開發(fā)、打樣、開模(如需)及產(chǎn)品商業(yè)化落地。
2. Manage global sourcing and supplier relationships — identifying, onboarding, and continuously evaluating Chinese suppliers for export.管理全球?qū)ぴ磁c供應(yīng)商關(guān)系,負(fù)責(zé)中國出口供應(yīng)商的篩選、引入與持續(xù)評(píng)估。
3. Drive cost optimization and negotiations — leading RFI/RFQs, value engineering, and achieving global cost targets. 推動(dòng)成本優(yōu)化與商務(wù)談判,主導(dǎo)需求信息收集(RFI)、詢價(jià)(RFQ)、價(jià)值工程,達(dá)成全球成本目標(biāo)。
4. Coordinate cross-functional project execution — acting as the single point of contact between global teams and local suppliers, and leading the whole project implementation process. 統(tǒng)籌跨部門項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行,作為全球團(tuán)隊(duì)與本地供應(yīng)商的對(duì)接人,全程主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)。
5. Ensure supply continuity and export readiness — monitoring production and coordinating logistics for on-time delivery to global warehouses. 保障供應(yīng)連續(xù)性與出口合規(guī),跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度、協(xié)調(diào)物流,確保貨物準(zhǔn)時(shí)送達(dá)全球倉庫。
6. Uphold quality and compliance standards — partnering with Global QA to ensure all products meet Oriflame ’s requirements. 嚴(yán)守質(zhì)量與合規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),協(xié)同全球質(zhì)量部門,確保所有產(chǎn)品符合歐瑞蓮要求。
7. Deliver regular reporting and process improvements — tracking pipelines, risks, and cost, and optimizing procurement and project management processes continuously. 定期匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展并優(yōu)化流程,跟蹤項(xiàng)目 pipeline、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與成本,持續(xù)完善采購與項(xiàng)目管理體系。
『Qualifications 任職要求』:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; minimum 5 years of working experience in new product development, sourcing or supply chain, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics or lifestyle accessories. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,商務(wù)、供應(yīng)鏈、工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),5 年以上新品開發(fā) / 采購尋源 / 供應(yīng)鏈工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),快消、化妝品、配飾行業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. Proven experience in end-to-end cross-functional new product development from concept to commercialization; in-depth knowledge of accessory materials, production processes and quality standards. 具備新品從概念到商業(yè)化全流程項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉配飾材料、工藝及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3. Experience in sourcing and developing export-oriented suppliers in China; familiar with international trade terms, export documentation and global logistics requirements. 有中國供應(yīng)商出口尋源與開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉國際貿(mào)易術(shù)語、出口單證及全球物流。
4. Experience in a global / cross-cultural working environment; fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. 擁有全球化 / 跨文化工作背景,中英文流利,可作為工作語言。
5. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools; experience with ERP systems (IFS, Ariba) is a plus. 具備多項(xiàng)目并行管理能力,熟練使用 Office 及項(xiàng)目管理工具,有 ERP 經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
