- Secure troubleshooting on all beverage equipments, associated trade equipments and lines installed 
  - Secure performances of commercially released equipments and lines installed - Secure NC and SWAP list management on SINCRO tool 
  - Support the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, repairing and maintenance activities 
  - Support FSE during projects and service site operations, throughout the life of the machine 
  - Support CSM and CCM with technical advice for proposals on O&U, training and maintenance opportunities 
  - Support the execution of RCA methodology, driving data collections and preventive and corrective action application 
  - Be part of hotline service, in case of availability 
  - Provide daily telephone & email support to internal and external customers, throughout the life of the machine 
  - Take duty on hotline support during night and public holiday
  
  Qualification:
  
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent at engineering area(211 universities)
  
- Fluency in English
  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to establish a very good customer relationship
  
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  
- Excellent multi tasks ability
  
- Able to work for night shift
