This inside sales team is the first point of contact for many customers, outside sales and partners, giving you the opportunity to make a positive impact on the future success and growth of the region.
In this role, you’ll manage and support sales activity for accounts in China area. This includes pre-sales technical support, quoting, and ecommerce support. This position provides a great chance to learn about Vaisala’s products, customer base and related industries with future advancement opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:
? Identify and handle customer inquiries through various leads sources
? Use tools such as salesforce CPQ to support all types of sales orders for partners and outside sales
? Use CRM tools to input customer data and daily activities and maintain Salesforce data accuracy and standardization
? Implement pricing management policies
? Demo management
? Provide product and application support through online/offline meeting, phone calls, email and chat and assist customers in providing the right solutions for various applications
? Carry out outbound activities according to business needs to generate more business leads and opportunities
? Webinar support and generate new sales material when needed
? Attend sales meeting and customer requirements discussion and Travel with outside sales teams as needed to support presentations, trade show events and customer needs
? Other assigned tasks

? 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求,開(kāi)展對(duì)外業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)促成更多商機(jī)與機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn)的達(dá)成
? 網(wǎng)絡(luò)研討會(huì)支持并制作新的銷(xiāo)售材料
? 參加銷(xiāo)售會(huì)議及客戶(hù)需求討論,并根據(jù)需要與外部銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)一起出差,以支持演示、貿(mào)易展覽活動(dòng)和客戶(hù)需求

Key Competencies:
? Strong time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks
? Ability to effectively manage workflow and multiple tasks
? Reliable, responsible and works in a team environment
? Customer-centric and able to communicate the features and advantages of Vaisala products
? Ability to learn market, product and application knowledge
? Ability to understand technical documentation, mechanical or automation knowledge is a plus
? Act with integrity, consistent with Vaisala values
? Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, CPQ, SAP, etc is a plus
? Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing

Educational Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in engineering or technology, or relevant industry experience preferred
? 工程或技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷,或相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳
