BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES基本職責(zé)
1. Strictly compliance with OTIS Ethics & Business Practices requirements.

2. Responsible for the implementation of Otis' Environmental Safety (EH&S) policies and regulations, the company's safety procedures, and local safety policies and regulations, and actively support and participate in the company's environmental health and safety activities.
負(fù)責(zé)貫徹實(shí)施奧的斯公司的環(huán)境安全（EH&S）政策和法規(guī)、公司的安全規(guī)程，以及當(dāng)?shù)氐陌踩吆头ㄒ?guī)，積極支持和參與公司的環(huán)境健康安全活動(dòng)。
3. Strictly compliance with OTIS global energy managing regulations, enforcement of company energy managing policy, report any energy managing issues in work place.
嚴(yán)格遵守OTIS全球能源管理規(guī)定，執(zhí)行公司制定的能源管理政策。及時(shí)向直接主管報(bào)告工作區(qū)域內(nèi)發(fā)生的各類能源管控存在的問題。
4. Review negotiation projects technical requirement to provide deviation design proposals. Be responsible for negotiation project technical items clarification . Provide technically support for new projects during negotiation and quotation stage. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects. Communicate with sales representatives and oversea customers to promote OTIS China product.
評(píng)審新梯詢價(jià)項(xiàng)技術(shù)規(guī)格，提供對(duì)應(yīng)的非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)方案。負(fù)責(zé)新梯銷售項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)咨詢工作，并對(duì)相關(guān)技術(shù)點(diǎn)加以澄清、闡述和說明。在新項(xiàng)目協(xié)商和報(bào)價(jià)階段，為項(xiàng)目提供技術(shù)支持。對(duì)復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目的跨部門評(píng)審工作進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)和管理。與銷售代表和海外客戶積極溝通，推行宣傳公司產(chǎn)品。
5. Review and confirm the technical items of contract. Confirm deviation solution during contract negotiation phase and revise deviation design solution according to changes. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects.
評(píng)審并確認(rèn)合同技術(shù)規(guī)格信息。在合同協(xié)商階段中，與客戶確認(rèn)非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)方案并根據(jù)客戶需求的變更來(lái)相應(yīng)更改非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)方案。對(duì)復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目的跨部門評(píng)審工作進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)和管理。
6. Design layout proposal for new negotiation projects or review customer’s layout drawings during projects negotiation phase. Communicate with oversea customer to work out an agreed layout design for quotation.
為新梯詢價(jià)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)電、扶梯土建布置，或在項(xiàng)目協(xié)商過程中審核客戶發(fā)來(lái)的土建布置。與海外客戶進(jìn)行溝通，為銷售報(bào)價(jià)提供客戶認(rèn)可的土建布局。
7. Confirm customer’s layout drawing or create layout drawings for contracts according to agreed product configuration and design proposals.
根據(jù)客戶已認(rèn)可的產(chǎn)品配置及設(shè)計(jì)方案，為合同執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目提供電、扶梯土建布局，或?qū)徍舜_認(rèn)客戶發(fā)來(lái)的土建布局圖。
8. Once deviation solution and layout is finalized, make a Bill of Materials (BOM) and send to finance for pricing, for both new negotiation project and contracts.
當(dāng)新梯詢價(jià)項(xiàng)目/合同執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)方案及土建圖紙最終完成時(shí)，制作對(duì)應(yīng)的物料明細(xì)詢價(jià)單（BOM）并發(fā)送至財(cái)務(wù)進(jìn)行核價(jià)。
9. Be capable to travel to oversea alone for project negotiation technical support, product training and etc. Capability to lead project for value engineering and for complicated technical solution
10. 能單獨(dú)出差海外進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目談判技術(shù)支持、產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)等任務(wù)。有能力領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品方案、價(jià)格優(yōu)化來(lái)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目提供技術(shù)解決方案

QUALIFICATIONS任職資格:
? Education/Certificate 教育背景/資質(zhì)
Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related, Bachelor or above
機(jī)械、電電氣類相關(guān)專業(yè)，大學(xué)本科或以上。
? Experience 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 3 years work experience. Experience in elevator industry will be a plus.
至少3年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有電梯行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者將優(yōu)先考慮。
? Knowledge專業(yè)知識(shí) ：
Good at Writing in English. Fluent in speaking English
擅長(zhǎng)英語(yǔ)寫作，口語(yǔ)流利。
Good at Auto CAD and M.S office. Good at VB will be a plus
