職位職責(zé)：
Duties of Position:
1. Drive Kaizens & Kaizen events Quality test data collection, collation and analysis.SPC study for the production line.
推動(dòng)改善活動(dòng)及改善項(xiàng)目 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的收集、整理與分析，進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)線的統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制研究。
2. Drive strategy KPIs to meet objective.
通過制定策略性關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)來達(dá)成目標(biāo)。
3. Make sure to comply with the requirements specified in the procedures of Medical Division.
務(wù)必遵守醫(yī)療部門相關(guān)程序中所規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)要求。
4. Drive production efficiency improvement.
提高產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率。
5. Achieve plant LSS savings before the end of year.
在年底之前實(shí)現(xiàn)工廠精益生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的成本節(jié)約目標(biāo)。
6. Use QA tools and six sigma tools(DOE/2 SAMPLE T) to discover patterns and trends from large amounts of data, and present the data to managers and engineers through charts, dashboards, etc. for prediction and improvement.
利用質(zhì)量分析工具和六西格瑪工具（DOE/2 樣本 T）從大量數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)模式和趨勢(shì)，并通過圖表、儀表盤等方式將數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)給管理人員和工程師，以便進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)和改進(jìn)。
7. Analysis and summary for collated data to formalize analysis report.
對(duì)整理好的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)，以形成正式的分析報(bào)告。
8. Monitoring production data, review and verify the logical of production data.
監(jiān)測(cè)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)，審查并核實(shí)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的邏輯性。
9. Lean and Six Sigma Training (BB、GB & WB Etc.)
精益與六西格瑪培訓(xùn)（班貝格、格但斯克及瓦爾米等）
10. Use powerBI and gemini to improve the report
利用 PowerBI 和 Gemini 來優(yōu)化報(bào)告
11. Complete other affairs assigned by Quality manager and customer.
完成質(zhì)量經(jīng)理和客戶交辦的其他事務(wù)。
崗位要求：
1. University or above.
大學(xué)及以上學(xué)歷
2. LSS working experience ＞ 5 years , 5 years quality related working experience, 6Sigma project experience and green belt or black belt is prefer.
LSS 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：5 年以上，其中 5 年需有與質(zhì)量相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有 6Sigma 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及綠帶或黑帶證書者優(yōu)先。
3. Good communication skills.
良好的溝通能力。
4. Good skills of Excel, Minitab, Python and PPT etc.
熟練掌握 Excel、Minitab、Python 和 PPT 等軟件的使用技能。
5. QMS Knowledge of ISO13485 or TS16949,ISO9001
質(zhì)量管理體系知識(shí)：具備 ISO13485 或 TS16949、ISO9001 相關(guān)知識(shí)。
6. Quality and AI tools and awareness.
質(zhì)量和人工智能工具以及相關(guān)意識(shí)。
7. Lean and Gemba work principle
精益與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理原則8.
