Job Responsibilities:
1. Define, support and execute the supplier chain strategies for energy and industrial BU in China.
2. Establish, maintain and improve purchasing process and reporting including regular business meetings aligning all involved departments
3. Creation, follow up and improvement of supply chain budget of outsource supplier including costs and project plans
4. Establish, maintain and improve the logistic management system for energy and industrial business unit business.
5. Provide direction and leadership to planning, warehousing, shipment for all China manufacturing facilities.
6. Responsible for SRO and NWC control on raw material, master batch, packing material and finish goods.
7. Manage and follow up the sales forecast for energy and industrials business
8. Working in collaboration with the China purchasing organization for the procurement strategy in accordance with the strategic business plan.
9. Follow up under 4 Armacell plants for ArmaGel Products/ industrial product and part of jobbed products.
10.Work cross functions to deliver positive output, such as support QA or project owner to deal with complaint, work with Finance team for supplier settlement, or other work involving departments like Sales/Operation/Project team etc.
Job Qualification：
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent majored in logistics/supply chain, international trading, finance, project management or engineering etc.
2. 3-5 years of experience related to Jobbed product/OEM/trading/tolling, EPC, indirect purchase, import/export etc. Good negotiating skills are preferred.
3. SAP or ERP experience is preferred.
4. English skill in reading & writing is requested
5. With certain commercial sense, self-motivated and willing to deal with problems in a positive way.
6. Good team worker, capable to work under pressure, strong resilience, ready to face challenges and quick to learn.

9. 跟蹤4家Armacell工廠的ArmaGel產(chǎn)品/工業(yè)產(chǎn)品和部分成品；
10.跨部門工作，提供積極的成果，如支持QA或項目負責人處理投訴，與財務團隊合作解決供應商問題，或其他涉及銷售/運營/項目團隊等部門的工作。
