主要職責(zé)：
Key Responsibilities:
?制定并執(zhí)行針對伊拉克上游石油和天然氣運(yùn)營商的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略。
Develop and execute business development strategies targeting upstream oil & gas operators across Iraq.
?識別并評估鉆井產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的新機(jī)遇，包括資質(zhì)認(rèn)證、合作伙伴關(guān)系、招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目及直接銷售。
Identify and qualify new opportunities in drilling products & services, including qualifications, partnerships, tenders, and direct sales.
?建立并維護(hù)運(yùn)營商、鉆井承包商及關(guān)鍵決策者的數(shù)據(jù)庫。
Map and maintain a database of operators, drilling contractors, and key decision-makers.
?向目標(biāo)客戶的技術(shù)和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)展示并推廣公司產(chǎn)品及解決方案。
Present and promote products and solutions to technical and commercial teams of target clients.
?監(jiān)測市場趨勢、競爭對手動態(tài)及客戶需求，以制定商業(yè)策略。
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy.
?與內(nèi)部技術(shù)和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，定制提案和解決方案。
Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to tailor proposals and solutions.
?代表公司參加行業(yè)活動、貿(mào)易展會及客戶會議。
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

?在石油和天然氣上游行業(yè)擁有至少8至10年的業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)、銷售或戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy in the oil & gas upstream sector.
?在鉆井領(lǐng)域具備扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識和豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對伊拉克的招標(biāo)流程有深入了解。
Strong knowledge and experience in the drilling segment as well as tendering process in Iraq.
?在伊拉克擁有豐富的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并已建立起由本地及國際運(yùn)營商組成的成熟網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
Proven track record in Iraq, with an established network of local and international operators.
?需具備在跨國公司工作的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Prior experience working in multinational corporations is required.
?能適應(yīng)頻繁出差伊拉克。
Comfortable with frequent travel across Iraq.
?在鉆井領(lǐng)域具備扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識和豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對伊拉克的招標(biāo)流程有深入了解。
