崗位描述:

為每次活動(dòng)和戰(zhàn)役制定詳細(xì)計(jì)劃,明確目標(biāo)、策略、時(shí)間線和績(jī)效指標(biāo)。

協(xié)調(diào)各團(tuán)隊(duì)制定有機(jī)/付費(fèi)流量策略,提升網(wǎng)站流量、互動(dòng)及轉(zhuǎn)化率。

規(guī)劃戰(zhàn)術(shù)性活動(dòng)/促銷方案(折扣、捆綁、明星產(chǎn)品、優(yōu)惠券等)。

根據(jù)批準(zhǔn)的計(jì)劃創(chuàng)建任務(wù)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)。

提交完整需求工單(如素材、鏈接、產(chǎn)品信息等)供相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)執(zhí)行。

對(duì)外提交前的最終視覺/方案審批。

頁(yè)面發(fā)布前的最終審核。

關(guān)鍵能力:活動(dòng)策劃、跨部門協(xié)調(diào)、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)決策。
崗位要求:
6年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),本科及以上學(xué)歷
英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言
溝通順暢,較強(qiáng)的跨團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力以及數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)能力
1.Develop a detailed game plan for each activation and campaign, outlining key objectives, strategies, timelines, and performance metrics
2.Coordinate with each stream to plan to align on organic/ paid traffics startegies to drive web traffics/ engagement/ conversions
3.Plan for tactical campaign / activation - promo plan (discount, bundle, hero skus, vouchers)
4.reate brief from approved gameplan
5.Create primary ticket with complete input and required details for respective stream to work on (asset, links, product info etc.)
6.Final visual/ plans approval before submission to external client
7.Final publishing approval before pages go live
