1/ Making export documentation per shipping daily plan and customer requirement
根據(jù)SHIPPING部門的出貨計(jì)劃和客戶要求制作出口清關(guān)資料
2/ Booking with forwarder to arrange daily shipments correctly, responsible for tracing whole transit. Keep good cooperation with forwarder, finding any issue on clearance or transit need report to supervisor or CS in time.
與貨代訂艙正確安排貨物運(yùn)輸并負(fù)責(zé)追蹤運(yùn)輸進(jìn)程。與貨代保持良好協(xié)作關(guān)系，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)清關(guān)或運(yùn)輸出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及時(shí)匯報(bào)給主管或通知客服
3/ calculate and keep control logistics freight cost down
計(jì)算并控制物流運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用
4/ Make weekly shipping report 制作每周出貨報(bào)表
5/ Other related work 其它相關(guān)工作
任職要求：
◆教育背景:
- Junior college education, Related logistics major can be prior considered. Good reading and writing on English or CET4
大學(xué)?？?，相關(guān)物流專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。英語(yǔ)讀，寫能力佳或CET4
◆培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷:
- Have some training on Logistics knowledge. Obtain related certificate is prior considered.
接受過(guò)相關(guān)物流知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)或培訓(xùn)并獲得相關(guān)證書者優(yōu)先考慮。
◆經(jīng)驗(yàn):
- Related logistics export working 2 years or above
有相關(guān)物流出口工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年或以上
◆技能技巧:
- Understanding different freight term and clearance way.
理解不同的貿(mào)易方式和清關(guān)模式
- Finish daily work independently. Careful, active, perseverance and good coordination ability.
