Finance Specialist - Bank Administration Support

What this job involves:
Responsible for the system hyper care or administration roles, including dealing with PS Excellences cases, System Enhancement testing, HSBC Bank Administration relevant tasks and activities, and the backup role for local bank administration, which are all required to be delivered in a timely and accurate manner while enforcing and complying with Jones Lang LaSalle’s treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. PeopleSoft Troubleshooting as hyper care level 1 for Greater China, Japan and Korea users
2. Functional Testing of the Systems Upgrade and Enhancement
3. HSBC Bank Administration setup for open, closing, maintaining, cash pool, guarantees, and relevant reports
4. The backup role for China Local Bank administration, including open, closing, signature change, guarantee, key information documents update
5. Other systems of BaU hyper care or administration jobs, not limited to PS

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
2. 2-3 years of bank admin relative work experience will be necessary.
3. Good command of English skills, especially required good in reading and writing, CET4 is preferred.
4. Proficient in Office suite products, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Willing to study new knowledge by analysis, investigation, training, or communication.
6. High self-motivated and good working attitude; Capability of teamwork.
7. Positive approach to meeting client needs; Have a higher working efficiency, and will not delay work.
