Key Responsibilities:
1.Design and execute experiments for the expression and purification of recombinant proteins using mammalian cells.
2.Develop and implement innovative strategies for cell line development, protein expression and purification to achieve high yield, purity and functionality.
3.Lead a team of scientists and technicians,providing guidance and mentorship in protein science methodologies.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of biologics, with a focus on early-stage research.
5.Analyze and interpret data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
6.Stay abreast of the latest scientific and technological advancements in the field of protein science and cell engineering.
7.Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio of the company by generating new ideas and filing patents where applicable.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
1.Ph.D. or MS degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Structural Biology, or a related field.
2.A minimum of 5 years of experience in protein expression and purification, preferably in an industrial setting.
3.Proven track record with mammalian cell culture, and cell line engineering to enhance protein expression.
4.Expertise in a variety of protein purification techniques (e.g., affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion chromatography, etc.).
5.Familiarity with automation and high-throughput techniques for protein expression and purification.
6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in analytical techniques such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, HPLC, and mass spectrometry.
7.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven record of scientific publications, presentations and conferences.
8.Experience with biophysical characterization of proteins and assessment of protein-protein interactions.

3.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一支科學(xué)家和技術(shù)人員團(tuán)隊(duì),提供蛋白質(zhì)科學(xué)方法方面的指導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)。
4.與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,支持生物制劑的開(kāi)發(fā),重點(diǎn)關(guān)注早期研究。
5.分析和解讀數(shù)據(jù),編寫(xiě)技術(shù)報(bào)告,并向內(nèi)部和外部利益相關(guān)者展示研究成果。
6.緊跟蛋白質(zhì)科學(xué)和細(xì)胞工程領(lǐng)域的最新科技進(jìn)展。
7.通過(guò)提出新想法并在適用的情況下申請(qǐng)專利,為公司的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)組合做出貢獻(xiàn)。
任職資格和優(yōu)先技能:
1.生物化學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的博士或碩士學(xué)位。
2.至少5年蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)和純化經(jīng)驗(yàn),工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
3.在哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和細(xì)胞系工程方面擁有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),可增強(qiáng)蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)。
4.精通各種蛋白質(zhì)純化技術(shù)(例如:親和層析、離子交換層析、尺寸排阻層析(SEC)等)。
5.熟悉蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)和純化的自動(dòng)化和高通量技術(shù)。
6.具備較強(qiáng)的分析和解決問(wèn)題能力,熟練掌握SDS-PAGE、Western blotting、HPLC和質(zhì)譜等分析技術(shù)。
7.英語(yǔ)作為主要工作語(yǔ)言,具備優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)書(shū)面和口頭表達(dá)能力,并有豐富的科學(xué)出版物、演講和會(huì)議經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
8.具備蛋白質(zhì)生物物理表征和蛋白質(zhì)-蛋白質(zhì)相互作用評(píng)估經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
