崗位職責(zé)
1. 根據(jù)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)略和目標(biāo),制定并實(shí)施團(tuán)隊(duì)年度業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理計(jì)劃,并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)施以完成目標(biāo)。根據(jù)實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境和情況,調(diào)整和溝通年度計(jì)劃。
Formulate and implement team annual business plan and team management plan based on sales team strategy and objectives, and lead implementation to achieve targets. Adjust and communicate the annual plan according to actual business environment and situation.
2. 維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略客戶,引進(jìn)新客戶,實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)。開(kāi)展銷售活動(dòng),包括拜訪客戶,產(chǎn)品推廣,拓展客戶網(wǎng)絡(luò),拓展新銷售線索的渠道。收集和分析客戶反饋以提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,必要時(shí)處理客戶投訴。
Maintain existing customer relationships, cultivate strategic accounts, and acquire new customers to achieve sales growth targets. Conduct regular sales activities including customer visits, product promotions, expanding customer networks, and developing channels for new sales leads. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality, and handle customer complaints when necessary.
3. 根據(jù)確定的年度預(yù)算控制預(yù)算和費(fèi)用,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)做好收入、數(shù)量、GP、費(fèi)用支出、AR回款、欠款/未開(kāi)票等關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)的管理、監(jiān)控和完成。帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)遵守公司有關(guān)合同準(zhǔn)備/審核、法律條款設(shè)置、客戶關(guān)系管理記錄和信用控制的政策。
Control budget and expenses based on the finalized annual budget, and lead the team in effective management, monitoring, and achievement of key metrics including revenue, volume, GP, expense spending, AR collection, and outstanding credit/unbilled items. Ensure team compliance with company policies regarding contract preparation/review, legal clause setting, CRM records, and credit control.
4. 根據(jù)目標(biāo)/KPI監(jiān)控銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的表現(xiàn),評(píng)估團(tuán)隊(duì)的表現(xiàn),并進(jìn)行在職培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo),提高團(tuán)隊(duì)能力。
Monitor sales team members' performance against targets/KPIs, evaluate team performance, and provide on-job training and coaching to enhance team capabilities.
5. 積極參與不同部門(mén)之間的協(xié)調(diào),交換信息,協(xié)調(diào)任務(wù),支持業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展/銷售活動(dòng),協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)分析任務(wù),解決問(wèn)題和其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的任務(wù)。
Actively participate in cross-departmental coordination, information exchange, task alignment, support business development/sales activities, assist with data analysis tasks, solve problems, and complete other assignments from leadership.
職位要求
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,物流管理/國(guó)際貿(mào)易與經(jīng)濟(jì)/工商管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in Logistics Management, International Trade & Economy, or Business Administration.
2. 5年以上物流綜合業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),2年以上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimum 5 years of logistics consolidation business experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
3. 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利(CET-6優(yōu)先),具備良好的管理能力及內(nèi)外部客戶溝通能力。
Fluent in spoken and written English (CET-6 preferred). Strong management skills and effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
4. 具備良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、問(wèn)題解決和改進(jìn)意識(shí)。
Excellent coordination and leadership skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
