Objectives of the Job: 1. Definition and agreement with line manager and PM organization (MGL), of the work package assigned (schedule, capacity, and deliverables) regarding perceived quality work. 2. Responsible to realize complex engineering activities with independence and full technical responsibility of homologation activities of new project perceived quality work. 3. Responsible of assigned work packages deliverable schedule and quality of perceived quality. Follow up all the activities done by the assigned engineers. If necessary, put on place correction actions to assure deliverable quality on the agreed schedule. 4. Disciplinary organization and personal behavior responsible of all work group, final responsible in front of line manager and PM organization. Responsible for knowledge and transfer the company rules and standards to subordinates. Request support from line manager to put in place disciplinary actions if required. 5. Teach new teammates about the job and company work standards. Help them to be integrated in the team / company. Main Duties: The perceived quality engineer will be part of a team responsible for full vehicle integration. This position requires the individual to lead complete vehicle level perceived quality activities, including: 1. Definition of requirements according to vehicle position / intended market / benchmark / requirement from customer. 2. Define whole perceived quality timing and strategy for whole project from beginning to the end. As perceived quality, integration, need to define the quality target / styling & section review / physical vehicle review / risk identifies and tracking until solve. 3. Status report regularly and team coordination and management. 4. Author evaluation reports, validation reports, etc Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in vehicle engineering or perceived quality related major. Work Experiences: With more than 5 years working experience for perceived quality development in the automotive industry. Technical Knowledge: ? Familiar with overall vehicle development process. ? Familiar with perceived quality development. Able to do evaluation in virtual and physical phase to identify all issues and suggestions. ? Clear logic and strong team coordination capabilities. ? Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Management/Business Skill: ? Good planning and organizational skills. ? Good communication and coordination skills. Language: ? Fluent in English both oral and written. Office Software: ? Good in MS office; excellent presentation skill.
