? Ensure strategic product development acc. to the Wilo guidelines & regulations.

? Communicate with internal & external customers to clarify their needs and transfer the customers' needs to product requirements.
? 與內(nèi)外部客戶溝通以明確需求，并將客戶需求轉(zhuǎn)化為產(chǎn)品要求。
? Ensure the cost and quality of the developed product by applying advanced technology and process.
? 通過應用先進技術和工藝，確保所開發(fā)產(chǎn)品的成本與質(zhì)量。
? Lead engineering responsibility and junior team members for product development through internal (Operation, Purchasing ...) and external (Suppliers, Partners ...) cooperation, such as process trials, concept communication, etc.
? 通過內(nèi)部（運營、采購等）和外部（供應商、合作伙伴等）合作（如工藝試驗、概念溝通等），領導工程職責及初級團隊成員進行產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。
? Control datasets, drawings and documents as well as ensuring the experimental safeguarding.
? 管理數(shù)據(jù)集、圖紙和文件，并確保實驗安全防護。
? Carry out standardization and optimization of products.
? 推進產(chǎn)品的標準化與優(yōu)化。
? Carry out design of innovative products in accordance to worldwide standards, rules and regulations
? 依據(jù)全球標準、規(guī)則和法規(guī)進行創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品設計。
? Cooperate with the other engineering centers abroad to ensure alignment of company products and any required standards

? General technical consulting and presentation of results & support of Sales, purchasing, quality and controlling functionalities locally and abroad
? 提供通用技術咨詢及成果展示，并為本地與海外的銷售、采購、質(zhì)量及控制職能提供支持。
