職位概述：
Be responsible for the implementation of work safety in the workshop. Lead the implementation of quality control standards to reduce the defect rate. ensure on-time delivery of orders. Control the manufacturing costs of the workshop, and take charge of skills training, performance incentives, and daily team management.

Comply with relevant laws and regulations, system requirements and company management rules, implement work safety management, and ensure work safety.

Assist in implementing the company's quality standards, organize the analysis of defects, promote the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, and continuously enhance quality indicators.

Allocate the resources of ***, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment (5M1E) based on sales orders and production tasks; track the production progress in real time to ensure the on-time delivery of orders.
依據(jù)銷售訂單和生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，調(diào)配人、機(jī)、料、法、環(huán)（5M1E）資源；實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，保障訂單按時(shí)交付。
Control the manufacturing costs of the workshop, promote lean production, optimize the production process, and improve production efficiency.
管控車間制造成本，推行精益生產(chǎn)，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
Be responsible for the team management of the shift group: handle daily attendance and scheduling, conduct performance management, formulate staff training and development plans, so as to stabilize the team and boost morale.

Analyze production data to identify process bottlenecks; promote projects such as automated transformation, process optimization, or 5S on-site management, so as to continuously improve production efficiency and workshop management standards.
分析生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)，識(shí)別流程瓶頸；推動(dòng)自動(dòng)化改造、工藝優(yōu)化或 5S 現(xiàn)場管理等項(xiàng)目，持續(xù)提升生產(chǎn)效率和車間管理水平。
Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.

Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

需要的教育、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、知識(shí)及技能：
College degree or above.
大專及以上學(xué)歷。
At least 3 years of team/shift group management experience.
三年及以上班組管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Good data analysis skills, communication skills, and learning ability.
良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力、溝通能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力。
Able to adapt to shift work.
能夠適應(yīng)翻班。
