乘用車JIRA軟件售后問(wèn)題英文讀寫(xiě)沖突管理售后質(zhì)量
Work Scope:
The scope of work in this RFQ is structured in the following blocks:
1) The 3rd party engineer needs to do the full-time job in VWAH, follow
VWAH work plan. The work content for Digital FAP project and support the job
content includes but not limited to:
a. Collect、manage and promote the solving of the user complaints from
expand road test and aftersales market
b. Reproduce the field issues in test car.
c. Get traces from vehicle to support analysis, such as CAN trace, Ethernet
trace etc
d. Create tickets in error management system, mainly in JlRA And keep
tracking
e. If needed, have business trip to capture the trace in user's car <
f. It is better to have the aftersales problem handle experience.
g. Standard working time is 8:30-17:30, include 1 hour lunch break. Due to
task requirement and urgency, adjustment of the working time is also
possible, such as weekend or working slot adjustment e.g.10:30-19:30 or even
night shift if needed.
3) [necessary the engineer needs to have at least 3 years’ experience for
software Error management, including connectivity service / infotainment
system and other electronic and electrical functions in automotive industry,
better to have work experience in testing and project management with
Xiaopeng.e4) [necessary] Ihe engineer needs to be familiar with JlRA /
Confluence.
5)[necessary] Ihe engineer needs to be familiar with MS office, especially
test report generation
6)[necessary] the engineer needs to have driver license and be able to
drive independtly in public road.
7) During the support period, the engineer has.fo comply with VWAH rules
and regulations obey work arrangement, if there is a violation of company and
departmental regulations the contract can be terminated by Smart Q at any
time.<
8) The tester needs to require the skill of English knowledge& Teamwork
& problem solving & Emotional stability& Communication
skills& Microsoft Office software & With High sense of responsibility
