Responsibilities: ? Assist with recruitment process including but not limited to interview scheduling, interview feedback collection… ? Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (e.g., access card applications, social security, and benefit enrollment coordination with vendors). ? Assist with offboarding logistics for departing employees (e.g., exit checklists, coordination with social security and benefit vendors). ? Assist with new hire orientation training arrangements and maintain various training records in the HCM system. ? Handle employee lifecycle requests, including HCM letters, company chop applications, Hu Kou applications for PRC employees, work permit application for non-PRC employee etc. ? Coordinate with HCM vendors on system issues and troubleshooting. ? Assist in preparing HCM reports and other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned. Qualifications: ? Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience preferred ? Good communication and interpersonal skills ? Highly organized, able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities ? Attention to detail, able to deliver accurate output and good problem-solving capability ? Responsible and responsive, able to meet deadlines in an intense and fast-paced environment ? Professional and discreet, able to handle confidential information appropriately and be compliant with policies and procedures ? A team player able to work well with different teams at all levels ? Motivated faster learner with a positive attitude and learning mindset ? Good command of English ? Experienced in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable at learning new technologies and applications
