Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
訂單處理：處理海外訂單，跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)、發(fā)貨及回款，處理異常情況。
Order Processing: Check and verify orders, follow up on production, shipment and payment collection, and coordinate solutions to abnormalities during order execution.?
船務(wù)操作：協(xié)助訂艙、報(bào)關(guān)、報(bào)檢，跟進(jìn)貨物運(yùn)輸全流程，對接船公司、貨代處理運(yùn)輸問題。
Shipping Operations: Assist in booking, customs/inspection declaration, follow up the entire shipping process, and coordinate with shipping companies/freight forwarders to resolve transportation issues.?
單證處理：制作、審核、歸檔進(jìn)出口相關(guān)單證，確保信息準(zhǔn)確合規(guī)。?
Documentation Processing: Prepare, verify and file import/export documents to ensure accurate and compliant information.?
客戶對接：與海外客戶日常溝通，響應(yīng)訂單、單證及物流相關(guān)咨詢，維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系。?
Customer Coordination: Conduct daily communication with overseas customers, respond to inquiries about orders, documents and logistics, and maintain customer relationships.?
About you 你需要具有以下特質(zhì)
College degree or above, majoring in international trade, logistics management, Business English or related fields is preferred.
大專及以上學(xué)歷，國際貿(mào)易、物流管理、商務(wù)英語等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
1-2 years of relevant work experience. Particularly in shipping operations and document processing are preferred.
1-2年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有船務(wù)操作、單證處理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
CET-4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Capable of handling basic communication independently
英語四級及以上，具備良好的聽說讀寫能力，能獨(dú)立完成簡單的客戶溝通
Proficient in Office Software.
