Foreign Trade Sales Representative
【Responsibilities】
1. Utilize independent platforms such as Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., to explore and develop overseas clients, focusing on English-speaking countries, and maintain customer relationships, as well as participate in domestic and international offline exhibitions.
2. Provide quotations to foreign clients, negotiate orders, and assist clients in completing order payments.
3. Collect potential customer information, understand and identify customer needs and requirement, present the advantages and features of our products, develop new customers, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
4. Regularly summarize business information and related data, and report market dynamics to management in a timely manner.
5. Handle customer inquiries via email, chat applications, phone calls, etc., effectively follow up on inquiries and other customer information, and maintain good interactive relationships.
6. Follow up on order progress and coordinate smoothly shipment of goods.
【Requirements】
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of foreign trade, good knowledge of foreign trade processes, it is welcomed to have good experience with social media platforms (WhatsApp,Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) .
2. junior college degree or above, with majors related to English, international trade, marketing preferred; fluent in spoken and written English.
3. Familiarity with foreign trade processes, possessing sales skills and negotiation skills.
4. Passion for the foreign trade industry, good emotional stability, excellent communication skills, clear goals, and strong self-motivation.
5. Reliability and stability, willing to share knowledge, active thinking, ability to handle work pressure, and willingness to strive for high income. Possess team spirit.
英語外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)員
【工作職責】
1. 通過獨立站,利用WhatsApp、谷歌、Twitter、LindkedIn、Facebook等外貿(mào)相關(guān)平臺挖掘開發(fā)海外客戶,進行英語國家的開拓和客戶維護;以及加國內(nèi)外線下展會。
2. 為國外客戶報價、洽談訂單跟進協(xié)助客戶完成訂單付款;
3. 收集潛在客戶資料,了解和發(fā)掘客戶需求及購買愿望,介紹自己產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)點和特色,開拓新客戶、管理客戶關(guān)系,完成銷售任務(wù);
4. 定期匯總業(yè)務(wù)信息及相關(guān)資料的整理和歸檔,了解市場動態(tài)及時向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報;
5. 通過郵件,聊天軟件,電話等處理客戶詢盤,有效跟進詢盤及站內(nèi)的其他客戶信息,保持良好的互動關(guān)系;
6. 跟進訂單進度,協(xié)調(diào)貨物順利出運
崗位要求:
1. 2年或以上外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗,熟悉阿里巴巴國際站操作,懂使用whatsapp、Twitter、LindkedIn、Facebook等外貿(mào)相關(guān)平臺;
2. 大專及以上學歷,英語、國際貿(mào)易、營銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,英語口語、書面表達溝通無障礙;
3. 熟悉外貿(mào)流程,具有一定銷售技巧和談判技巧;
4. 熱愛外貿(mào)事業(yè),心理素質(zhì)好,溝通能力佳,目標清晰,自我驅(qū)動力強。
