崗位職責 1.evelop plans and strategies to gain and develop customer revenue and to expand the customer base in the country. Developing a strong customer base (Potential, prospects and active customers) and have full hands-on follow up to develop the list and improve the overall sales department numbers; 制定計劃和策略,以提升客戶收益并擴大國內(nèi)客戶群。建立大的客戶群(潛在客戶、潛在客戶和活躍客戶),并進行全面的實際跟進,以完善客戶名單并提升部門整體銷售業(yè)績; 2.Meeting with customers on daily basis to present products in best way to bring on board more business and effect in sales department performance. Front line sales force with customers; 與客戶進行日常會面,展示產(chǎn)品,從而帶來更多業(yè)務(wù)并提升銷售部門業(yè)績。與客戶一線銷售人員溝通; 3.Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volume and spend) for accounts and revise throughout the year. Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives; 制定及時準確的客戶預(yù)測(銷售量和支出),并全年進行修訂。管理和滲透各級客戶,與客戶建立良好關(guān)系,從而實現(xiàn)計劃和目標; 4.Internally, has day-to-day interaction with colleagues from the sales team, customer Accounting, Customer Support Executive, Furthermore with Ground Operations at station to ensure that the Regular customer gets the required service; 在公司內(nèi)部,與銷售團隊、客戶會計、客戶支持主管以及地面運營部門的同事進行日常互動,以確保常規(guī)客戶獲得所需的服務(wù); 5.Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions;such as resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service; 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理客戶演示和提案,確保對服務(wù)期望和解決方案達成共識;例如,解決客戶在銷售和服務(wù)方面的投訴; 6.Establish customer agreements and ensure and that pricing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met. Ensure that customers' prices are reviewed on regular basis and whenever any discrepancy arises between actual and promised volumes a re-negotiation takes place; 起草客戶協(xié)議,確保始終遵循定價指南并滿足客戶的盈利目標。確保定期審查客戶價格,如實際數(shù)量與承諾數(shù)量出現(xiàn)差異,則應(yīng)重新協(xié)商; 7.Identify, gather information about competitors' on selling strategies, positioning and product specifications to investigate the quality and efficiency; 識別并收集競爭對手的銷售策略、產(chǎn)品定位和規(guī)格信息,以調(diào)查其質(zhì)量和效率; 8.Monitor credit issues and liaise with the Customer Accounting Department and be aware of issues with no payment and take action where necessary to ensure outstanding money is collected as per the customer payment terms; 監(jiān)控信用問題,并與客戶會計部門溝通,了解未付款情況,并在必要時采取行動,確保按照客戶付款條款收取未付款項; 9.Daily capture of customer contacts into the CRM tool and required reporting/presentations internally; 每日將客戶聯(lián)系方式錄入CRM工具,并在內(nèi)部進行必要的報告/演示; 10.Any other duties responsibilities as requested/assigned by the line management. 完成部門管理層要求/分配的任何其他職責。 任職要求 1.
