功能安全性能
Principal mission of the position in his/her scope of management (i.e. his/her Functional Safety department):
? Hierarchically manage his/her teams. Especially ensure the right level of capabilities, competencies and expertise.
? Is responsible to deploy and implement the “state of the art” standards, processes, methods and tools in his/her department.
? Participate to the improvement of the Functional Safety standards, processes, methods and tools in relation with his/her metier network, especially the Global Head of Functional Safety.
? Check / audit the implementation of the standards (RAISE).
Main responsibilities:
? Management and competency
o Manage his/her organization.
o Manage his/her teams (yearly reviews, meetings, missions, objectives).
o Define the necessary qualification for his/her team according to the benchmark and to the technical and technological evolutions.
o Ensure that competency level is at the level requested to properly handle new/future projects and new/future technologies. Identify gaps, defined and implement the proper action plan.
o Allocate his/her staff in the various projects and support Project team in priorities management.
o Propose trainings and career evolutions.
o Is responsible of the recruitment of the members of his/her department.
o Participate to the Valeo expertize process by preparing and proposing candidate.
? Budget
o Is responsible of his/her department budget; build, propose, and follow his/her budget.
o Participate to the budget construction.
o Propose yearly investment plan.
o Is responsible of the department efficiency using the efficiency plan built together with the Product Safety Director.
? Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment
o Ensure equivalence between results of the different equipment.
o Deploy the engineering process, methodology and tools defined by / together the Discipline Manager / Director.
o Participate to the definition of, and implement the process, methods and tools necessary to properly handle new/future projects and new/future technologies.
o Ensure the full deployment of 5 axes methodology.
o Support the certification process ( ASPICE…) if applicable.
o Participate to the improvement of the standards, method and tools of Functional Safety metier.
? Networking
o Participate to and support the Functional Safety network.
o Participate to the improvement of the Functional Safety standards, methods and tools.
? Standardization & Robust Design
o Support RAISE team by ensuring knowledge, training and implementation of the standards.
o Participate in the elaboration of standards with RAISE and actively participate to Design Reviews.
o Review and challenge destandardization requests before release.
o Ensure that each single design is achieving the highest level of robust design.
? Resources / Footprint
o Centralize information on all existing resources.
o Identify, create synergies and ensure optimum use of all resources.
o Identify the needs in term of dedicated and shared resources. Organize the availability of shared resources corresponding R&D manager.
o Continuously work with Global Head of Functional Safety to improve his/her footprint and performances.
任職要求
教育背景：
本科及以上學(xué)歷，車(chē)輛工程、電子信息、自動(dòng)化、計(jì)算機(jī)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求：
10年以上汽車(chē)電子經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上功能安全實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
完整參與過(guò)至少1個(gè)符合ISO 26262 ASIL等級(jí)（B及以上）的項(xiàng)目。
熟悉車(chē)載ECU開(kāi)發(fā)流程（V模型），具備ASPICE或CMMI經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
技能與能力：
精通ISO 26262標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，掌握HARA、FTA、FMEA等方法論。
熟悉常用工具鏈（如Medini、ANSYS、SafeTI等）。
良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力
資質(zhì)認(rèn)證（加分項(xiàng)）：
ISO 26262功能安全認(rèn)證工程師（TüV等機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證）。
