PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
主要職責(zé)與責(zé)任
● Leading the GZ Credit Control team to handle debt collection and credit control functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廣州信用控制團(tuán)隊(duì),按照公司政策和程序處理債務(wù)催收和信用控制工作。
● Conduct weekly debt collection reviews with the team & Credit Control Manager to maintain the cash collection performance
每周與團(tuán)隊(duì)及信用控制經(jīng)理進(jìn)行債務(wù)催收回顧,確保現(xiàn)金回款表現(xiàn)達(dá)標(biāo)。
● Liaise with customers and the sales /operation team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
與客戶及銷售/運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通,解決未結(jié)賬款和爭議問題(如有)。
● Leading the Credit Control to collaborate with related invoicing team to ensure special invoicing request from key account customers are fulfilled
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信用控制團(tuán)隊(duì)與相關(guān)開票團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,確保滿足關(guān)鍵客戶的特殊開票請求。
● Prepare and maintain related weekly trackers to monthly collection target is achieved
準(zhǔn)備并維護(hù)相關(guān)的每周跟蹤器,確保月度回款目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
● Collection system regular update and maintenance
定期更新和維護(hù)債務(wù)催收系統(tǒng)。
● Regular review and adjust individual team member’s assigned portfolio as considered appropriate
定期審查并根據(jù)需要調(diào)整每個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的分配賬款。
● Regular review and recommend appropriate dunning strategies
定期審查并推薦適當(dāng)?shù)拇呖畈呗浴?br>● Develop talent as appropriate
根據(jù)需要培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的潛力。
● Ad hoc administration tasks or AR analysis as required
根據(jù)要求,完成臨時(shí)行政任務(wù)或應(yīng)收賬款分析。
PERSON SPECIFICATION
職位要求
● Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
會(huì)計(jì)/金融或相關(guān)專業(yè)的高級(jí)文憑或以上學(xué)歷。
● At least 3-years relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or debt collection.
至少3年相關(guān)的應(yīng)收賬款、信用控制或債務(wù)催收經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with various departments
具備較強(qiáng)的溝通、演示及人際交往能力,能夠與不同部門高效協(xié)作。
● Mature, independent and able to resolve issues
成熟、獨(dú)立,具備解決問題的能力。
● Willing to work under pressure and open minded
能在壓力下工作,且具有開放的思維。
● Good team leader and team player with a good sense of responsibility
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。
● Self-motivated with positive working attitude
積極主動(dòng),工作態(tài)度積極。
● Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
精通MS Office,尤其是Excel。

● Train, instruct and supervise staff, contractors under their control adequately on their duties and the SHE aspects

● Monitor and maintain good housekeeping in the area under their control
