工作職責(zé)：
1、契合公司全球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)合規(guī)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及政策的梳理、解讀，跟蹤行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)合規(guī)動(dòng)態(tài)及公司合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)變化，及時(shí)制定及更新公司合規(guī)計(jì)劃；
2、 深入業(yè)務(wù)，負(fù)責(zé)識(shí)別并處理業(yè)務(wù)在國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中發(fā)生的數(shù)據(jù)合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，包括業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)流梳理、合規(guī)差距分析、合規(guī)方案設(shè)計(jì)、安全事件響應(yīng)等；
3、深入?yún)⑴c公司全球合規(guī)體系建設(shè)和完善，包括組織架構(gòu)優(yōu)化、制度制定、流程完善、制定合規(guī)指引等；
4、負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)合規(guī)相關(guān)協(xié)議、條款的撰寫(xiě)、審核及優(yōu)化，包括產(chǎn)品隱私政策、數(shù)據(jù)處理協(xié)議、合同中數(shù)據(jù)處理?xiàng)l款等；
5、 負(fù)責(zé)合規(guī)戰(zhàn)略落地，為業(yè)務(wù)提供專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓(xùn)；
6、 其他數(shù)據(jù)合規(guī)相關(guān)事務(wù)。
任職要求：
1.、本科及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上數(shù)據(jù)合規(guī)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有大型科技企業(yè)海外數(shù)據(jù)合規(guī)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
2、具備英文日常工作能力，具備日語(yǔ)、韓語(yǔ)、阿拉伯語(yǔ)、法語(yǔ)等任一語(yǔ)種溝通能力者優(yōu)先；
3、對(duì)人工智能產(chǎn)品有深入的理解，能結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)際開(kāi)展數(shù)據(jù)合規(guī)工作；
4、具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)，良好的邏輯思維和溝通表達(dá)能力；
5、工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，積極進(jìn)取，愿意接受工作挑戰(zhàn)。

A public-listed company is looking for a data privacy counsel. He or she will be part of the data compliance office supporting the company’s various businesses, and will have a broader insight into the business units and functions and shape new, exciting developments at an early stage.
Job Summary
1. Under both the company’s global development framework and local requirements, researches and provides insights towards data protection laws and regulations with PRC and other jurisdictions. Monitors legislative and regulatory proposals and track changes of the risk factors and compliance elements, update privacy programs accordingly.
2. Identifies, classifies and manages enterprise data compliance risks, translates obligations into implementable plans and ensures effective roll out of privacy requirements, including but not limited to providing data flow diagrams, gap analysis, compliance readiness plans and remediation of data incidents.
3. Works closely with senior members of the team and other stakeholders to help build the framework of the data compliance management system, including but not limited to setting compliance goals and objectives, optimizing organizational structure and procedures, and formulating compliance guidelines.
4. Responsible for drafting and reviewing personal information protection documents, including but not limited to privacy policies, cookie policies, data processing agreements, data processing clauses in the contracts and data protection impact assessments.
5. Implements awareness-raising and training activities for decision-makers and relevant staffs.
6. Other ad hoc compliance related duties from time to time.


Qualification /Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above is required, minimum of 3 years professional experience on data compliance, experience participating in global data compliance projects with large technology companies a plus.
2. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
3. Strong knowledge in artificial intelligence inspired products and services, ability to quickly target problems in real business scenarios.
4. Abilities to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the company and with external parties, team-spirited with demonstrations of excellent problem-solving capabilities.
5. Detailed-oriented, hard-working, accountable and always ready to meet the next challenge.
