工作職責(zé):
l協(xié)助完成生態(tài)業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)相應(yīng)銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo),市場(chǎng)指標(biāo)以及管理的各項(xiàng)考核指標(biāo)。
Assist to complete the sales, market and management assessment indicators of the department.
l圍繞公司研發(fā)及制造能力,開(kāi)拓及維護(hù)行業(yè)生態(tài)合作伙伴,尋找銷(xiāo)售機(jī)會(huì)及提升銷(xiāo)售;
Assist for the development and relationship maintenance of ecological partner channels in smart home products industry;
l協(xié)助部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)深入挖掘生態(tài)合作伙伴的產(chǎn)品需求和客戶(hù)資源,從客戶(hù)業(yè)務(wù)角度出發(fā),快速響應(yīng)并共同商討提出解決方案,完成公司制定的銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo);
Explore the product needs and customer resources of ecological partners, respond quickly and propose solutions together from the customer's business perspective, take responsibility for the process and results of strategic cooperation, and achieve the sales goals set by the company;
l拉通公司內(nèi)部資源,協(xié)助生態(tài)合作伙伴及時(shí)完成項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品交付、調(diào)試、落地服務(wù)等工作,提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度;
Internal resources of Raton assist eco-partners in timely product delivery, commissioning, landing services, etc., to improve customer satisfaction;
l組織參加行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、論壇活動(dòng),負(fù)責(zé)智能家居產(chǎn)品在行業(yè)內(nèi)的市場(chǎng)推廣和品牌提升;
Organize industry associations and forums, and take charge of the marketing and brand promotion of smart home products in the industry;
l通暢地全面地做好與各部門(mén)的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)工作;
Communicate fluently and coordinate effectively with colleagues in the department and other departments;
l準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)地完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的任務(wù);
Accurately and promptly complete all the tasks assigned by superiors;
l負(fù)責(zé)本職工作范圍內(nèi)涉及的EHS管理、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)工作。
Responsible for the management, communication and coordination of EHS within one’s duty.
任職要求:
l市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)專(zhuān)業(yè)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
College degree or above in marketing or related majors;
l有與華為、小米、涂鴉、阿里、歐瑞博、綠米等Iot公司,或大金、東芝、日立等暖通公司合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Experience working with companies like Huawei, Xiaomi, Doodle, Ali, Ouribo, Greenrice, etc.
l有較強(qiáng)的敬業(yè)精神和獨(dú)立工作能力,優(yōu)秀的客戶(hù)管理能力和談判技巧;
Strong dedication and ability to work independently, excellent account management and negotiation skills;
l具備良好的內(nèi)外部溝通能力,思路清晰、邏輯分析能力強(qiáng),能充分了解和理解客戶(hù)的需求和痛點(diǎn),善于協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)外部資源;
Have good internal and external communication skills, clear thinking, strong logical analysis ability, can fully understand and understand customer needs and pain points, good at coordinating internal and external resources;
