Validate order accuracy & pricing compliance; ensure SLA fulfillment and approve high-value orders, special discounts, and delivery timelines 核驗(yàn)訂單準(zhǔn)確性與定價(jià)合規(guī)性,保障服務(wù)等級(jí)協(xié)議(SLA)履約,審批高價(jià)值訂單、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)折扣及交付排期 3. Resolve escalations from sales teams and key customers promptly 快速響應(yīng)銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)及核心客戶(hù)的問(wèn)題升級(jí),維護(hù)客戶(hù)滿意度 4. Drive performance of core KPIs: Sales Fulfillment Rate, Order Accuracy Rate, Delay Rate 推動(dòng)訂單達(dá)成率、準(zhǔn)確率、延誤率等核心 KPI 提升 5. Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align priorities and optimize processes 聯(lián)動(dòng)銷(xiāo)售、計(jì)劃、物流、財(cái)務(wù)等部門(mén),對(duì)齊優(yōu)先級(jí),優(yōu)化流程效率 6. Compile weekly/monthly fulfillment reports with actionable insights for stakeholders 編制周 / 月度履約報(bào)告,輸出可落地的業(yè)務(wù)洞察 7. Manage, coach, and develop the team to meet KPI targets and training requirements 通過(guò)系統(tǒng)化培訓(xùn)、績(jī)效管理和日常輔導(dǎo),管理并提升團(tuán)隊(duì)能力,確保團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成 KPI 指標(biāo)并滿足培訓(xùn)與合規(guī)要求
