機加工工藝工藝設(shè)計新品導(dǎo)入(NPI)汽車零部件船舶/航空/航天/火車制造
一、Key Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé)
1.New Process & Material Development 新工藝 / 材料開發(fā)
(1)Develop new manufacturing processes, technologies and raw materials; review product drawing manufacturability (DFM, Design for Manufacturability) and propose design optimization suggestions to ensure process feasibility.
開發(fā)新工藝、新技術(shù)、新材料;審查產(chǎn)品圖紙工藝可行性(DFM),提出設(shè)計優(yōu)化建議,保障工藝可落地性。
2.Process Design & Standardization 工藝設(shè)計與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化
(1)Design comprehensive process routes for machining (e.g., CNC, turning) and assembly, compile detailed Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP) including equipment selection, tooling/fixture/gauge design, and process parameter definition.
設(shè)計機加工(如CNC、數(shù)控車)及裝配全流程工藝路線,編制詳盡的計算機輔助工藝規(guī)程(CAPP),涵蓋設(shè)備選型、工裝 / 夾具 / 檢具設(shè)計及工藝參數(shù)定義。
(2)Establish and maintain process
documentation: SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP/APQP documents, inspection
guidelines, to ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
建立并維護工藝文件:作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(SOP)、過程失效模式分析(PFMEA)、控制計劃、PPAP/APQP 文件、檢驗指導(dǎo)書,確保符合ISO/IATF 體系要求。
3.New Product Introduction (NPI) Management 新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入管理
(1)Lead NPI preparation: develop
processes, design tooling/fixtures, prepare engineering documents, organize
pilot runs, and resolve technical issues during trial production。
主導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入(NPI)準(zhǔn)備工作:工藝開發(fā)、工裝夾具設(shè)計、工程文件編制、試產(chǎn)組織,解決試產(chǎn)階段技術(shù)問題。
(2)Collaborate with R&D for prototype assembly (A/B/C samples), verify mold-modified parts/design change parts, and assess impacts on inter-matching processes.
協(xié)同研發(fā)完成A/B/C 樣機裝配,驗證修模件/ 設(shè)計變更件,評估對互配工藝的影響。
4.On-Site Support & Problem-Solving 現(xiàn)場支持與問題解決
(1)Troubleshoot production technical/quality issues (e.g., machining over-tolerance, vibration marks, unstable dimensions) via Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, Fishbone Diagram, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
通過根本原因分析(RCA)、8D、魚骨圖等工具,解決生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場技術(shù)/ 質(zhì)量問題(如加工超差、振刀、尺寸不穩(wěn)定),落地糾正/ 預(yù)防措施(CAPA)。
(2)Provide real-time technical guidance to production teams (CNC, turning centers) and assist in handling on-site process abnormalities.
為生產(chǎn)團隊(裝配、CNC、數(shù)控車車間)提供實時技術(shù)指導(dǎo),協(xié)助處理現(xiàn)場工藝異常。
5.Process Improvement & Cost Reduction 工藝改善與降本
(1)Implement Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency, product yield, and reduce costs.
運用精益生產(chǎn)工具(如5S、改善),主導(dǎo)持續(xù)改進項目,提升生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品良率并降低成本。
(2)Develop inspection/test methods for assembled components/finished products, define key process parameters and packaging solutions, and supervise implementation.
開發(fā)組件 / 整機裝配后的檢查 / 檢測方法,制定關(guān)鍵工藝參數(shù)及包裝方案,監(jiān)督執(zhí)行。
6.Stakeholder Collaboration 內(nèi)外部協(xié)作
(1)Provide technical support to suppliers and customers; conduct supplier quality audits/evaluations to ensure compliance with company quality requirements.
為供應(yīng)商和客戶提供技術(shù)支持;開展供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量審核/評估,確保其符合公司質(zhì)量要求。
(2)Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Production teams to complete new project trial production and mass production transfer.
協(xié)同研發(fā)、質(zhì)量、采購、生產(chǎn)部門完成新項目試產(chǎn)及量產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移。
7.Training & Knowledge Transfer 培訓(xùn)與知識傳遞
(1)Write work instructions and train manufacturing engineers, production operators on process standards, operation skills, and quality requirements.
編寫作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書,對制造工程師、生產(chǎn)操作員進行工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、操作技能及質(zhì)量要求培訓(xùn)。
二、Qualifications& Requirements 任職要求
1. Education 教育背景
(1)Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical
Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Material Forming & Control Engineering, or
related disciplines; college degree is acceptable with 2+ years of additional
relevant experience.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,機械工程、機械制造、材料成型及控制工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. Work Experience 工作經(jīng)驗
(1)5+ years of relevant experience in
manufacturing industry, with a focus on machining (CNC, turning), die-casting,
or metal forming (forging, precision casting, MIM, cold heading).
5 年以上制造業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,專注于機加工(CNC、數(shù)控車)、壓鑄或金屬成型(鍛造、精密澆鑄、MIM、冷鐓)領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先。
(2)At least 3 years of experience in New
Product Introduction (NPI); 3+ years of experience as a machining process
engineer is preferred.
至少 3年新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入(NPI)經(jīng)驗;具備 3 年以上機加工工藝工程師經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3.Technical Skills 專業(yè)技能
(1)Proficient in mechanical manufacturing processes: deep understanding of material science, geometric tolerances & fits, dimension chain calculation, cutting principles, and tool technology.
精通機械制造工藝:深刻理解材料學(xué)、形位公差與配合、尺寸鏈計算、切削原理及刀具技術(shù)
(2)Skilled in engineering software. 熟練使用工程軟件。
(3)2D drawing: AutoCAD. 2D 繪圖:AutoCAD
(4)3D modeling: UG/NX, SolidWorks, Pro/E/Creo (at least one proficiently).
(5)Familiar with Office/WPS for report writing and data analysis.
熟悉 Office/WPS,具備報告撰寫及數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
4. Soft Skills(軟技能)
(1)Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and coordination skills; able to drive project progress across departments.
出色的問題解決、跨部門溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力,能推動跨部門項目進展。
(2)Detail-oriented, result-driven, with strong cost awareness and quality awareness; able to work under pressure.
注重細節(jié)、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具備較強的成本意識與質(zhì)量意識,能承受工作壓力。
(3)Fluent in English (reading/writing); proficient in spoken English for international supplier/customer communication is a plus.
英語讀寫流利,具備英語口語能力,能與國外供應(yīng)商/客戶溝通者優(yōu)先。
